Features of work of the carrying elements of the combined cross section of beams from armencement

The possibility of using new types of structures of thin-walled reinforced concrete in construction is substantiated. The analysis of the work of the load-bearing elements of the beams of a combined T-shaped section and the box-shaped profile of thin-walled reinforced concrete structures is performed. The features of the stress-strain state of these sections at all stages of existence: manufacturing, transportation and assembly, operation. Methods are proposed for constructing these sections, taking into account the complex nature of the stress-strain state of thin-walled elements subject to a variety of acting force factors with the imposition of shrinkage and creep processes.

Laboratory testing of reinforced concrete structures reinforced with composite materials

The article summarizes and systematizes the experience of research conducted by scientific groups to study the features of reinforced concrete structures reinforced with polymer composite materials under different stress States. Advantages and disadvantages of aluminum alloys in the device ventilated facades

During the study, the author examined the main advantages and disadvantages of ventilation facades made of aluminum alloys in comparison with other similar products of the construction industry. The use of aluminum materials as structural elements of facades allows us to achieve the most rational price-quality ratio, as well as to maintain the aesthetic appearance and operational characteristics of buildings and structures.

Corrosion of metal structures

In the XXI century, high rates of industrial development, in this regard, impose high demands on the operation of technological equipment and building structures. A special place is given to the protection of metals from corrosion, and the use of high-quality chemical materials in this regard. The need for protection measures is dictated by the fact that corrosion losses are extremely high. According to available data, about 10% of annual metal production is spent on covering irretrievable losses due to corrosion. The main damage from corrosion is associated with damage or destruction of metal structures, because due to corrosion they lose the necessary strength, plasticity, etc.

Experience of monitoring the condition of the constrained building during the piling of piles for constructing residential houses in Krasnodar

Monitoring the status of existing buildings in Krasnodar when driving piles for nearby buildings was the introduction of the results of the state budget research work of the Department of Building Structures of the Kuban State Technical University on the topic “Development of methods and techniques for assessing and diagnosing the technical condition, strengthening and restoration of structures and elements of operated buildings and structures.” The data on the geological and lithological structure of construction sites on floodplain, floodplain and root terraces within the built-up territory of the city are summarized and systematized. Measurements of foundation vibrations were made and the degree of influence of vibrational influences from driving piles on nearby buildings was determined. The influence of the effects of piling equipment of different types on the intensity of ground vibrations during pile driving is estimated. Ways are proposed to reduce the intensity of vibration effects and their impact on the technical condition of existing buildings.

Seismic safety of buildings and structures

The distribution of seismically active zones in the territory of the Russian Federation is analyzed. Along with the natural causes of earthquakes, there is an increasing technogenic impact on the lithosphere, an increase in seismic activity in densely populated regions. Criteria of earthquake-resistant design from the point of view of safety of people and economy of material resources are considered. There is a need to assess the seismic resources of buildings and structures built earlier without antiseismic measures and increase the seismic resistance of such buildings. The classification of buildings and structures according to the degree of seismic safety is given. The review of the most destructive earthquakes in the world for the last 110 years is made.

The impact of climatic factors on concrete-iron constructions

This article considers impacting factors of climate to properties of concrete and reinforced concrete elements. Studied the impact of climatic factors to physic mechanic properties of concrete and reinforced concrete elements. Results of experimental study are provided. As the object of study was selected pre-stressed flexible light and ordinary concretes. There were produced 4 armed concrete elements in total. Patterns are tested on short and normative climatic conditions. According to these results, there was received data describing strength and deformation elements of concrete with taking into account daily and seasonal temperature fluctuations and moisture.

This article discusses the scope of metal structures. Taking into account the high deformation of metal structures, rational transportation, safe storage of metal structures, and their acceptance at the construction site were revealed. The main tasks that must be performed during the installation of metal structures are listed. Technological methods for the construction of metal structures are formulated. The distinguishing features of high-rise metal structures (power lines, radio and television antennas, various vertical technological devices, etc.) are indicated. Two traditional methods of mounting high-rise structures are also considered: building and growing.

Economic and technological problems and prospects for domestic and monolithic housing construction

Application of mineral additives in cement concrete

This article presents the results of determining the pozzolanic activity of mineral additives in accordance with GOST 25094-2015. The following mineral additives were used in the study: raw and calcined magnesite, expanded clay sand, feldspar, and mica. The samples hardened under the influence of heat and humidity treatment, the results of testing the samples for compressive strength after a day were carried out.

Effect of electric heating on concrete properties during heat and moisture treatment

In the article the authors analyzed the applied materials and structures in multilayer panels. Experimental data showing the positive effect of electric heating for light concrete have been obtained. This effect allows to obtain increased strength of cement stone, solidified polystyrene. Also, it sets uniform acceleration of polystyrene concrete hardening in time compared to samples of natural hardening, which makes it possible to use expanded polystyrene of low bulk density without loss of strength characteristics of heat-insulating layer, results of analysis of physical and mechanical properties of polystyrene concrete and ceramic concrete during thermal and moisture treatment of electric current in comparison with samples of normal hardening are given.

The equations for determining the minimum height of single-span freely supported beams of continuous and through section are formulated. The reasons for the relative complexity of the joints in aluminum structures, as well as ways to solve them.

Influence of the grindity of grinding a plaster stone on the strength characteristics of a knitting GHZ

The need for quick-hardening solutions appeared when it was necessary to carry out emergency work, eliminate force majeure circumstances, and reduce the construction time for objects in such situations. By tradition, binders based on Portland cement or alumina cement do not always meet the requirements for the rate of curing. The intensity of the set of strength is possessed by building gypsum. It is not a water-resistant material and has a rather low strength compared to clinker binders, but with a certain treatment, the strength of this material can be increased. The analysis of the dependence of the fineness of grinding gypsum stone, in order to identify the possibility of reducing the cost of the source material.

Optimization of activation parameters in rotary-pulsation apparatus

Influence of hydrodynamic activation of chemical additives for rheological properties of cement systems

This article presents the results of the influence of the hydrodynamic activation of chemical additives on the rheological properties of cement systems. The optimal concentration of plasticizer was determined, at which the maximum effect of cavitation results is observed. The dependence of rheological properties on the concentration of plasticizer and the water-cement ratio of the mixture was experimentally revealed. The effect of the “lifetime” of the activated additive on the rheology of cement systems is shown.

The use of aquapanel in the construction of their advantages and disadvantages

During the study, the authors realized that, sheet composite building material, one of its varieties, and it is increasingly common. As for the structure itself, it consists of a cement slab, on both sides equipped with fiberglass mesh. Mineral expanded clay filler is used to cover the reinforcing layer. It is worth noting the carrying capacity of the material, which is higher compared to similar products (up to 50 kg per square meter).

Multi-family housing management in Krasnodar region was considered to elaborate on the topic, and has a state program called “Development of housing and communal services” with a number of subprograms which are aimed to reinforce an effective management of housing and communal services and provide the population with quality accommodation.

Influence of various factors on the intensity of electrochemical processing of waste lead-acid batteries

The effect of the composition of the hydrofluoride electrolyte on the electrochemical processing of spent lead-acid batteries was studied. It was shown that the working cathodic current density, and, consequently, the rate of the process of separation of lead from the electrolyte increases both with an increase in the concentration of acid in the electrolyte and with an increase in the concentration of its lead salt and reaches a maximum value of 800 A / m2, which is 2 times higher known value, with a process speed of 2.94 kg / (m2 • h), a cathodic current output of 98.9% and 2 times less fluoride emissions into the atmosphere.

Durability cast asphalt-polymer-concrete

Using the experimental design method, the composition of the asphalt-polymer binder (mass concentration of 0,5% by weight of SCMS-30 butadiene-methyl styrene rubber in hydrocarbon solvents on the surface of limestone mineral powder in an amount of 12,6 – 20,0 , bitumen-polymer binder (Bitumen Penetration Grade 40/60 – 100 wt.g. – 2 wt. SKMS-30 – 30% wt. technical sulfur) 6.7 – 10.5%), which ensures: mobility of the cast asphalt-polymer-concrete mixture at 150°C-OK> 30 mm; immersion of the stamp at 40°C-h <4 mm; for asphalt-polymer-concrete, the ultimate tensile strength in bending at 0°C-Rcurve> 5.6 Mpa; coefficient of long-term water resistance of asphalt-polymer-concrete-concrete Kwr> 0.96. Using differential scanning microscopy, it was found that technical sulfur at temperatures of 115–118°C goes into biradicals and dipoles, which ensures the structuring of a bitumen-polymer binder in cast asphalt-polymer-concrete. The physical and mechanical properties of cast asphalt-polymer-concrete are studied.

Application of methods of geometrical acoustics to assess the sound field in the room

The possibility of applying geometric acoustics methods to analyze the dependence of the acoustic characteristics of the sound field on the parameters of the space-planning solution of the room is considered. The solution of the problem of determining the sound intensity at any point of the room from point non-directional sources is given. The intensity of imaginary sources is determined taking into account the sound energy of direct and reflected sound from the room planes. The calculation takes into account the loss of sound energy when reflected from the planes. Rooms with four and five pairwise parallel planes are considered. The influence of the number of imaginary sources on the accuracy of calculations is investigated. The obtained intensity expressions make it possible to estimate the influence of the volume-planning solution on the acoustic parameters of the sound field.

Research of strength of priority sections of thin-wall reinforced concrete beams by the finite element method

We studied the influence of the shape and dimensions of flat finite elements for non-linear computer calculation of the strength of the walls of reinforced concrete I-beams with cracks under the action of inclined compressive forces on their supporting sections. We used the Cyclic Softened Membrane Model (CSMM) of reinforced concrete, created at the University of Houston and implemented in the Opensees software package developed by the University of California at Berkeley, USA. The modeling of the walls of the beams was carried out by quadrangular finite elements from the material FAReinforcedConcretePlaneStress. When modeling shelves of reinforced concrete beams, physically nonlinear volumetric volumetric finite elements of concrete Concrete01 with a two-link diagram having a falling branch were used. The preferred dimensions and shape of the finite elements of the wall are revealed, allowing to obtain calculation results close to the experimental data of various researchers with a wide variation in the physicomechanical and structural parameters of the beams.

The results of scientific and practical recommendations on the problem of increasing the service life of asphalt concrete pavement of roads in the conditions of the Krasnodar Territory taking into account the road transport and weather and climatic conditions of the region are presented. Ensuring comfortable high-speed safe movement of vehicles on the roads of the Kuban, by using asphalt concrete modified with a copolymer based on ethylene-propylene, which has a reinforcing effect and accordingly reduces plastic deformation on the coating at elevated ambient temperatures.

Oscillatory process of sandy soils laid in the railway roadbed

This article deals with the impact of vibrodynamic effects, strength properties of the soil, the geometric dimensions of the roadbed and the power of the ballast prism on the bearing capacity of the railway roadbed of sand dunes. Calculations of the bearing capacity of the roadbed are performed by the method based on the theory of ultimate equilibrium, which takes into account the vibration-dynamic loads from trains.

The accuracy of existing calculations and construction of zones determining the degree of suitability of urban areas for noise to residential development and other types of its use in the vicinity of airfields is considered. The differences in the estimated estimation of noise on the ground during aircraft flights in the methods of different departments and their causes are established. The parameters influencing the accuracy of calculations are given. The curves of equal sound levels at the launch site of some types of aircraft were determined experimentally.

Analysis of the development of small settlements

The article discusses the types of settlements in the Russian Federation, different approaches to their classification, the main division is on the employment of the population and its number. The analysis of some statistical data of rural and urban population of the country is carried out. The main characteristics of the state of small settlements are given, the process of urbanization-the resettlement of the population to larger cities, is the main trend of the considered settlements. A number of problems for small towns are identified, technical, social and environmental issues are considered. Possible solutions are proposed: strengthening the role of the city as a district center; re-profiling of production industries; formation of a satellite city; attraction of small business. The main problems of development of rural settlements are defined. A number of measures to overcome the crisis situation, which will help to solve economic, socio-cultural and demographic issues, are proposed. The proposed measures are based on the use of “direct action” tools, which include the development of infrastructure, attracting investors, increasing human resources, differentiation of employment, including rural tourism.

Development of evaluation activity in Russia

The appraisal institute in the Russian Federation has undergone many changes over the entire history of its existence, which were always based on the principle of fairness in determining the market (and subsequently cadastral value). The famous “nineties” years, characterized by the complete absence of a state regulation system in the field of valuation, determination of the real value of real estate and building on the basis of its competent tax policy, posed a number of questions for the state – what will be the basis of the assessment (development of a state valuation technique), what exactly will be subject to assessment (the formation of a database of real estate to be evaluated), and, most importantly, who will be assigned these responsibilities (creation of bodies or organizations involved in the assessment). The article considers the main milestones in the development of valuation activity from the 1990s to the present, the main regulatory and legal acts regulating the valuation procedure and draws conclusions about the rationality of the existing valuation methodology.

Experience using Cyclone software to model and determine the displacement of an object in space

However, the processing of the NLS data can be carried out in different software products, which can lead the user to some difficulties associated with the use of the selected software. The program should allow you to effectively control the laser scanner during field work, perform preliminary data processing, accuracy assessment, as well as the construction of a digital model of the terrain. In this article, the authors analyze the functionality of using Сyclone 9.4 SOFTWARE to model and determine the displacement of an object in space, and describe the procedure for performing geodetic monitoring using the Leica ScanStation C10 scanner.

About the content of bound water in clay soil after compaction

It is established that the coefficient of elastic deformation has the property of invariance for this soil. Its connection with the ratio of increments of specific work of elastically deforming water and water participating in inelastic deformation of the sample is shown, which is the physical justification of its application as a criterion of sufficiency of soil compaction. This coefficient is used to calculate the volume content of mineral particles in the soil, elastically deforming water and water involved in inelastic deformation of the sample. It was found that with increasing soil density, the volume content of mineral particles and elastically deforming water increases and correlates with the density of the soil skeleton, and the volume content of water involved in inelastic deformation of the sample decreases and stabilizes at values of skeleton density close to the maximum.

Features of the development of the pit hydromechanized way
