Analysis of practical experience in preparation of technical plans

A.V. Osennyaya, A.A. Malyovanaya, S.V. Samarin, D.A. Bespyatchuk, A.A. Kolomytsev

The simplicity and transparency of the procedure of state cadastral registration and registration of rights to real estate objects is an indicator of the effectiveness of state management of real estate in any country, including the Russian Federation. At the state cadastral registration of real estate, a significant part of the documents submitted together with the application are a boundary plan, a technical plan or a survey report. According to statistics, the cadastral engineer most often faces the preparation of technical plans, the quality of which depends on the entire procedure of state cadastral registration in general. In this study, the reasons for the suspension of the state cadastral registration of real estate related to the preparation of technical plans are identified and analyzed. It is proposed to divide all the reasons for suspension into 3 groups: typical errors of cadastral engineers, individual precedents and illegal reasons for suspension. The article also provides recommendations for reducing the number of suspensions of cadastral registration related to the preparation of technical plans for real estate objects.

Research of honey bees and its life product – honey

V.V. Litvyak, S.N. Shahab, Yu.F. Roslyakov

A study of the honey bee and the product of its vital activity – honey was carried out. The morphological analysis carried out (scanning electron micrographs) indicates that the structure of the bee is maximally adapted to the peculiarities of its vital activity (collection of pollen and nectar from plant flowers, the formation of honey, the construction of wax honeycombs, reproduction, respiration, active movement, protection of offspring, etc.). An important product of the honeybee’s life is honey, which is rich in carbohydrates, organic acids, vitamins, macro- and microelements and other biologically active substances. Natural bee honey should always contain about 2% pollen. Moreover, if 50% or more of these 2% (of the total amount) of pollen belongs to a particular type of plant, then this honey is usually called according to this type of plant (for example, linden, buckwheat, acacia, etc.). In order to elucidate the possible formation of complexes between melanoidin and heavy metal atoms (Sr, Hg, and Cs), their quantum-chemical modeling was carried out by the non-empirical B3LYP method, and the changes in the Gibbs free energy (ΔG298) of the complexes under study were calculated. A decrease in ΔG298 and an increase in the thermodynamic stability of the complexes compared with melanoidin were observed. The complex formed between melanoidin and the Hg atom has the lowest ΔG298. The antioxidant properties of melanoidin and its complexes with Sr, Hg and Cs atoms have been studied. It has been established that the Melanoidin + Hg complex is the strongest antioxidant in comparison with Melanoidin and its complexes: Melanoidin + Sr, Melanoidin + Cs.

Analysis of the current state and prospects for development of the Yanemdeyskoye oil field

A.I. Kovalev, O.V. Savenok

The article analyzes the current state of development of the Yanemdeyskoye oil field. The state of the well stock is considered. It is shown that the well stock is characterized by a fairly high operating factor, which varies from 0,799 to 0,998 during 2017. The oil and liquid production, as well as the oil and liquid production rates are given. The water injection and the injectivity of the injection wells are described. It is shown that the waterflooding system is currently at the stage of formation. As of September 1, 2017, the number of injection wells is 2. The dynamics of changes in reservoir pressure in production wells indicates that the existing tectonic faults are local in nature and are not completely screening. The energy state of the reservoir allows a significant part of production wells to be operated in a flowing mode with a high operating ratio. The implementation of such a mode of reservoir exploitation does not lead to negative consequences for the oil recovery factor. On the contrary, the most favorable displacement characteristic is provided with a more even production of reserves.

Keywords: analysis of field development; the state of the well stock; oil and liquid production; oil and liquid production rate; water cut of well production; water injection and injectivity of injection wells; reservoir pressures.

All raw materials used in the technology for the production of crispy potatoes must comply with the quality and safety indicators of the current technical regulatory legal acts. The main raw material for obtaining crisp potatoes is fresh potatoes for processing into food, the recommended potato varieties with a reducing sugar content of no more than 0,4% and a dry matter of no less than 20%. The industrial technology of obtaining crispy potatoes includes the following sequentially carried out technological stages: preliminary preparation of potatoes. (dry removal of dirt, calibration of potato tubers, washing of potato tubers and separation of stones, inspection of potato tubers, peeling of potato tubers, peeling and inspection of potato tubers, cutting potato tubers, separation of fines and removal of free starch, removal of excess water from cut potatoes), roasting cut potatoes, preparation of additives, cooling, inspection, pelleting, packaging, labeling, transportation and storage. There are two known recipes for home-made potatoes for crispy potatoes: a classic recipe with frying in a large amount of oil and a recipe for cooking without oil. To cook crisp potatoes at home, you need certain kitchen equipment: knives, hand potato peelers, wavy knives, hand cutters, frying pans, deep fryers, slotted spoon, etc. It has been established that crispy potatoes contain a large amount of protein, fats, carbohydrates (mono- and disaccharides, starch), vitamins: B1, B2, C, E, PP, naazin, ash (minerals: K, Ca, Mg, Na, P, Fe). New technology for producing dry potato cell with the application of a belt vacuum filter and a centrifugal sieve

V.V. Litvyak, V.A. Degtyarev, E.N. Maleeva, N.S. Lukina, Yu.F. Roslyakov, O.L. Vershinina, V.V. Gonchar

Most of the potato processing organizations in Russia are interested in the use of by-products of production. The object of research is potato fiber – a by-product of the production of potato starch, as well as technological equipment for dehydration, drying and transportation of potato fiber. The study of the morphology of potato fiber was carried out using photography (or macro photography) with a SONY NEX-5N camera (Thailand) and electron microscopy on a scanning (raster) electron microscope LEO 1420 (Germany), as well as a vacuum installation EMITECH K 550X. The study of the physicochemical properties of potato cellulose was carried out using the well-known standard methods. A modern, efficient, new and import-substituting technology for the production of dry potato fiber – the main product of the by-product of potato starch using a centrifugal sieve and a belt vacuum filter – has been proposed. A new aspect of the proposed technology is the use of a continuous belt vacuum filter or a centrifugal sieve in the technological scheme. The production of dry potato fiber was carried out in the following sequence: mechanical dehydration of liquid potato fiber → preparation of potato fiber before drying → drying of potato fiber. At the moment of mechanical dehydration, potato fiber is pre-processed on a centrifugal sieve and / or belt vacuum filter and additionally on a belt press. At the moment of drying, the mechanically dehydrated potato fiber is mixed with the returned dry potato fiber and the resulting mixture is dried. The product calculation is presented for the production line of dehydration and drying of potato fiber with a capacity of 50 tons per day (2,3 t/h) for processed potatoes with the formation of 0,22 t / h of dry potato fiber with the amount of dry matter (DM) 88%.
