Raw materials for the production of beer at the Belorechensk and Maykop brewers

T.G. Korotkova, A.S. Danilchenko
Annotation

The raw materials used at the Belorechensk and Maykop breweries for beer production are considered: malt, hops, water and yeast. Both breweries operate on PILSNER MALT malt produced by Kursk Malt, which is made from selected two-row brewing barley. This variety is used as base malt when brewing a large number of varieties of light beer. English and German – made granulated hops are used as hops. Water meets the requirements of sanitary rules and regulations 2.1.4.1074-01 (Russia) and the requirements that are given in the technological instruction TI-10-5031536-73-10 (Russia). The Belorechensk brewery uses artesian water. The set of the water treatment system includes the stages: filtering on a coarse filter, aeration, iron removal and subsequent softening of water, filtering on a fine mechanical filter and UV disinfection. To soften the water, tableted universal salt produced by the Republic of Belarus OJSC MOZYRSOL is used.

Development of the recipe and improvement of the technology of production of hygiene lipstick with use of innovative components

Pelipenko T.V., Lobanov A.A., Stepkina A.A.
Annotation

The aim of this work is to study the effect of a surface-active substance (PAS) – PEG-45 dodecyl glycol copolymer on the physicochemical properties of hygienic lipstick, which contains a water-soluble component D-panthenol as a biologically active additive, the development of a formulation and technology for its production . The concentration of surfactants in the formulation of the finished product was optimized in combination with carnauba wax and paraffin. A methodology has been developed for determining indicators characterizing the consumer and technological properties of model mixtures: dropping temperature, the beginning and end of crystallization and solidification, the duration of the process. To optimize the ratio of the studie The formulation of hygienic lipstick with the optimal ratio of the studied components,%: carnauba wax 7.5; paraffin wax 5.5; PEG-45 dodecyl glycol copolymer 2.5. Controlled parameters of the technological process of packing the mass of lipstick have been developed: the temperature of the cosmetic mass in the pre-melting apparatus and the casting hopper of the molding apparatus is up to 66 ºС; table temperature in the zone of filling nests from 30 ºС to 35 ºС; the temperature of the table in the cooling zone and the “firing” of the pencil into the pencil case is from 25 ºС to 29 ºС. The studies performed allowed us to develop a formulation and improve the technology for the production of hygienic lipsticks using vitamin D-panthenol due to the introduction of a surfactant, PEG-45 dodecyl glycol copolymer.d components in the formulation, the simplex Scheffe lattice technique was chosen.

Dynamic analysis of a rotary wheel using real laws of motion

A.I. Smelyagin
Annotation

Transport devices are widely used both in everyday life and in industry. These include, for example, cars, bicycles, trains, motorcycles, trams, monowheels, mobile robots, gyroscuters, and similar machines. In practice, most modern vehicles are driven by wheels. The wheel is considered one of the most important inventions of mankind. The wheels of vehicles provide both the main function of moving them, and carry out their controlled rotation. In order to create easy-to-drive, comfortable and convenient vehicles, it is necessary to conduct their structural synthesis and dynamic analysis. Structural synthesis of mechanical devices is the main and most important stage in the creation of new technology. If the structure of the device is not chosen rationally, then no matter how much you improve the car in the future, it will still not be of high quality. Structural analysis determines the species of the object, and, therefore, allows you to choose methods for its kinematic, dynamic and force research. In this paper, structural analysis is performed using the developed structural formulas. Using the new laws and equations of motion of material objects, a study of the complex movement of a two-movable rotary wheel was conducted. The research has shown that the theoretical results fully correspond to real physical devices. This gives grounds for applying the new laws and equations of classical mechanics to wide use.

Keywords: laws of mechanics, work, rotational motion, moment of inertia, plane-parallel motion, force, moment of forces, number of degrees of freedom, speed, mass, acceleration.

Production technology of cadastral works when correcting registry errors in the location of land boundaries

O.A. Zarubin, A.R. Ageeva, A.E. Ageev
Annotation

The article is devoted to the technology of cadastral works when correcting registry errors in the location of land boundaries. The relevance of this topic is that the Unified state register of real estate may contain inaccurate information, which is a significant problem in ensuring the legality of real property rights of owners of real estate objects, implementation of cadastral procedures. This fact raises the question of optimizing cadastral work to correct registry errors in the data of the Unified state register of real estate. The purpose of the study is to test the procedure for correcting a registry error and develop recommendations for optimizing the implementation of cadastral works. When testing the technology and developing practical recommendations, the software tools Technocad-Express and MapInfo Professional, data from the Unified state register of real estate, and the public cadastral map of Rosreestr were used. As a result, proposals are formed to optimize the production technology of cadastral works. The results obtained can be used in organizing work to correct registry errors in the location of land boundaries.

Keywords: cadastral work, registry error, Unified state register of real estate, state cadastral registration, land plot.

The history of the development of information-cultural links between the cities of Eastern Siberia at the beginning of the XIX th century: on the materials of the personal fund V.V. Falinskiy

V.V. Tkachev
Annotation

V.V. Falinsky studied sociocultural processes, the formation of the information space of the cities of Eastern Siberia, the educational activities of artists of the early XIX century. After analyzing documents from the central archives, he put forward the thesis about a special way of cultural development of Siberia. With the development of relations with central cities, visits to many famous cultural figures, education, culture and the information space of Siberians were significantly improved. The researcher also identified the main problems that impeded cultural development: remoteness from the center, lack of good roads, inefficiency of governing authorities, unsystematic education. The article presents the position of a historian in the history of the development of the cultural and informational space of the cities of Eastern Siberia at the beginning of the 19th century. In the study, it can be noted that one of the most important components of the formation of the urban cultural environment and everyday life is the information space. The article discusses the history of the cultural development of cities in Eastern Siberia at the beginning of the XIX century. on the example of the city of Irkutsk. The activity of artists in cultural, educational, informational processes is presented.

Economic theory – modern lesson modeling for students of non-economic branches

O.B. Shilovich
Annotation

The question of models and modeling in pedagogical activity is becoming more and more actual, interesting and demanded in the context of a modern university. It is rather difficult to teach a non-profile subject at a university. Low students’ motivation, the lack of effective available approaches to studying, poor school basis – all these aspects complicate the academic process and its results. This situation is seen in case of teaching Foundations of Economic Theory to students of non-economic faculties – future oilmen, builders, food industry specialists, machine engineers, engineers of automated systems and others. We think that a methodically correct model of a lesson which is firstly represented by a number of recommendations will help to structure the material, define connections between the contents of education, think over more available forms and methods of teaching, as well as will create the motivation of the participants of the pedagogical interaction in a modern context.
