Development of a low-rise residential building project using resource-saving technologies

One of the most important problems in the life of a modern industrial society is the efficient use of energy resources. The implementation of low-rise housing projects using resource-saving technologies is one of the solutions to the problem of energy conservation. The aim of the study is the development of low-rise construction using resource-saving technologies. During the study, a comparison was made in the energy needs of low-rise buildings, in the energy consumption of heating oil of low-rise buildings, and emissions of harmful substances during their operation. A comparative analysis showed that energy-saving and passive houses are very economical in terms of heat energy consumption and have almost no negative impact on the environment. Based on the analysis, the authors developed a house project using resource-saving technologies for the country’s sunny regions.

Prospects for the development of low-rise construction in Russia

The concentration of the population in large cities has led to the appearance of super-dense high-rise buildings, a sharp deterioration in the human environment, which is reflected in harmful crowding of the population, pollution of cities, and the transport collapse of urban highways. The implementation of low-rise housing projects will help prevent all these problems. During the study, the authors compiled the dynamics of housing commissioning in Russia and the districts, the dynamics of the commissioning of residential buildings by storeys and the structure of construction of low-rise buildings. It was found that after 2016 a positive trend was observed in the individual housing construction sector. Consumer preferences were identified in the low-rise construction market and it was concluded that the determining factor in choosing a house is not only price, but also energy efficiency and environmental friendliness. Given these factors, it is necessary to introduce energy-saving and passive houses. In the course of the study, it was concluded that the low-rise construction market has prospects for the further development and growth of its share in the total area of residential buildings and premises.

Commercial real estate market development trends in Russia

The infrastructure of the Russian economy depends on the commercial real estate market, so it is so important to predict the development prospects of this industry. The main segments of commercial real estate are retail spaces, office real estate and storage facilities. Commercial real estate stimulates consumer activity, improves the quality of life and develops economic entities. In the process of analyzing the current situation of supply and demand, as well as investment activity for each segment, conclusions were drawn about the gradual exit of the industry from the state of stagnation. In the field of office real estate, there is great demand and low development activity, so there is an increase in rental rates. These factors contribute to the introduction of new office space. In the field of retail real estate, there is a change in the format of retail spaces. In the segment of storage facilities there is a high demand and low vacancy. Despite this, the increase in storage space is not foreseen.

The modern development of the economy in the context of digitalization requires not only a deep understanding and improvement of coordination and management mechanisms of economic systems, but also the elaboration of conceptually researching fundamental paradigms. These positions were discussed at the Russian Scientific and Practical Conference “A New Paradigm of the Development of Economic Systems in the Context of Digitalization: Theory, Methodology, and Management” (Kuban State Technical University, Krasnodar, February 2020).
It is concluded that the development of economic systems should according with challenges of new realities, involving intellectual, technological and institutional priority development.

Causes of labor nihilism of employees of russian organizations

The article deals with the phenomenon of legal nihilism of employees of Russian organizations on the example of the city of Krasnodar. Theoretical approaches of domestic representatives of the scientific community to it are studied. Analysis of problems of environmental safety of technological processes at asphalt plants

The influence of ABZ on the natural environment was studied. An inventory of pollutants and sources of pollution was carried out. The necessity of installing new modern gas cleaning equipment is shown. The possibility of recycling the ABZ mixer dust by using it instead of mineral powder was studied.

Monitoring of the main causes of quantitative losses of petroleum products during storage

The article monitors the existing problem of quantitative losses of petroleum products at their storage facilities. It is shown that the main losses of petroleum products occur from evaporation and seepage from reservoirs, as a result of mixing products, their watering during cleaning of tanks, as well as in accidents. It is established that the damage caused by these losses is not only in the loss of fuel and energy resources and in the deterioration of the quality of raw materials, but also in the negative environmental consequences that result from environmental pollution.

Organizational and technical measures to reduce the pollution in the contiguous territories at car filling stations

The literature data on the negative impact of gas stations on soils and groundwater are summarized by the example of the cities of Vitebsk, Orenburg, Tomsk, Moscow, the characteristics of various materials for collecting oil and petroleum products, and the properties of industrial petroleum sorbents are given. The organization of the movement of surface runoff to the wastewater treatment filling station on the example of the city of Krasnodar is considered. The use of a modified sorbent developed by the authors from ash-and-slag waste of the power system obtained by the ash removal scheme for the post-treatment of wastewater at a gas station is proposed. The resulting sorbent is cheap, non-combustible and non-explosive, characterized by a cleaning efficiency of at least 85% in the pollution range from 5 to 300 mg / dm3.

Analysis of work and emergency situations on a semi-submersible drilling rig

The article provides historical information on the creation and use of semi-submersible drilling rigs( PBUs), information about the creation, commissioning and characteristics of the PBUs. The main dangerous production factors that exist during the operation of the PBU are disclosed. A typical diagram of this type of drilling rig and its configuration, as well as positive features of the installations and their disadvantages, are given. In addition, the accident rate is estimated by the types of incidents and the accident scenario is shown on the rig. An assessment of the working conditions at the object in question is given, indicating the need for special measures, both organizational and technical, to maintain the level of safety at the workplace and to develop means to improve them. The distinctive features of accidents and the main ways to eliminate them are indicated.

Evaluation of the efficiency of the ventilation dust collection unit

On the basis of the literature data, the characteristic of abrasive dust formed as a result of mechanical processing of metal products in a dry way when working with sharpening, cutting, and grinding machines is given. It was revealed that industrial emissions of abrasive dust are significant and lead to human morbidity and violation of the ecological state of the environment. The efficiency of the PVD-1200 ventilation dust collection system for capturing abrasive dust during the operation of the grinding machine was evaluated. Based on experimental studies of dustiness at the entrance and exit of the plant, an efficiency of about ~ 95% was obtained, which is less than the design degree of purification, which is 99.9 %. Photo UVP-1200 and abrasive dust are given.

Evaluation of the efficiency of low-temperature drying based on energy analysis of processes in the elements of the drying plant

The article deals with two-circuit low-temperature drying installations (DCUNTS) using a compressor thermal transformer (heat pump). On the basis of physical models CUNTS mathematical simulation of processes and computer simulation of the analytical dependence of the specific energy consumption for drying and performance characteristics of the work COUNTS. It is established that a significant share of energy consumption is associated with a significant thermal load on the external NG-e electric heater, and therefore it is proposed to use the thermal energy of the spent drying agent by regenerating heat in the DKNTSU cycle.
