Features of work road clothing on small areas

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the calculation of the pavement design at small sites. When turning along the minimum radius, road pavement causes stresses that are not typical for standard operating conditions. The article presents the data of field surveys carried out in September 2018, confirming the theoretical conclusions: the strength of the pavement on a small site is 40% lower than the strength of the access road; lack of adhesion between the layers of the small area; pavement areas adjacent to the bowl are not involved in the construction work. Thus, to ensure the estimated life of the pavement, it is necessary to take into account not only the magnitude of the load, but also the features of its application. With the same weight indicators of rolling stock, but different forms of interaction of the wheels with the coating, the same type of road sections are destroyed at significantly different speeds: twisting and shear tangential forces on the surface destroy road clothes, while a similar design experiencing classical loading shows only a slight gauge.

Technology for strengthening the basis of the foundation

Known technologies for hardening the foundations of building foundations have various drawbacks that reduce their effectiveness and limit their use. The technology developed by the authors for hardening the foundation base is described. microtunnels; to increase the rigidity and strength of the foundation base of the structure due to the greater rigidity and strength of compacted sand than the natural soil of the foundation base of the structure; strengthen the foundation of the structure evenly over the area of its spot with horizontal microtunnels; to control and regulate the degree of compaction and hardening of the sand during its laying in microtunnels; apply it both for highly compressible soils and for swelling

On the work of the based piled bases

Tests of bored piles base models were carried out with the application of a constantly increasing load and continuous monitoring of the pile settlement, as well as at a constant model moving speed with continuous monitoring of the soil resistance. Analysis of the results made it possible to single out the stages of change in resistance, soil destruction by total cracks and limiting resistance. At all stages, the “speed” of precipitation and the “speed” of the pile reaction vary cyclically, which provides a basis for describing the mechanism of soil resistance to a single pile and building a design scheme for a pile foundation.

Strengthening the shallow foundations with boroinjection conic piles in clay soils

The paper presents a technical solution to strengthen the shallow foundations with the help of boroinjection conic piles in clay soils under the conditions of reconstruction and restoration of buildings and structures. The main features of the use of shallow foundations for low-rise buildings are highlighted. The main reasons for the need to strengthen the shallow foundations during the reconstruction of buildings are indicated. General information is given on the method of increasing the bearing capacity of shallow foundations by transferring part of the load from the building to the piles, arranged by injecting fine-grained concrete into the wells through tubular metal injectors. In KubGAU, together with TGASU, work is underway to improve and develop methods for arranging such piles in clay soils, as well as ways to strengthen the foundations of reconstructed buildings. One of the developed technical solutions for strengthening the foundations is a method of strengthening the shallow foundation with boroinjection conical piles. The proposed solution allows to reduce the complexity of the production of works in the device of the injection of conical piles and increase their bearing capacity at the stage of operation of the reconstructed building

Promising directions of increase of efficiency of volume-block buildings in the Krasnodar region

Buildings, structures, structures must meet the requirements of energy efficiency established by the authorized Federal Executive body in accordance with the rules approved by the Government of the Russian Federation. Energy efficiency requirements of buildings, structures, structures are subject to revision at least once every five years. In this regard, improving the quality of volume-block residential buildings is a very important task due to the fact that this type of housing is one of the leading types of construction in the Krasnodar territory. The article presents a combined system of external wall panels. This system involves the joint use of three-layer and insulated single-layer panels in different parts of the facade. The use of this type of construction will significantly increase the thermal characteristics of the enclosing structures of the volume-block residential building.

Trusting intervals of models of monolithic construction of buildings in China

The article describes an example of building a confidence interval of statistical indicators models. To create a model, a sample of values was formed from the database. After forming the sample in accordance with GOST 8.207-76, it was checked that it belongs to the corresponding distribution law using the Pearson approval criterion. Next, a model of statistical indicators (regression equation) and their confidence intervals were built. It is recommended when using complex indicators of reliability obtained using multivariate mathematical models to build confidence intervals of these models using the program “Diagram”. The analysis of confidence intervals allows to establish the limits of application of models. This method is universal and can be used to assess the real field of application of models of construction machinery, models of technical and economic indicators of precast concrete structures and other.

Statistical information processing on monolithic building buildings in China

The article deals with the processing of statistical information. The creation of information databases of field tests, technical and economic indicators helps to optimize organizational and technological solutions. Important features of these types of construction are constrained conditions of construction work. The conditions limiting the working area of machines and mechanisms, creating the inconvenience of transportation, storage and supply of building materials and structures, leading to a decrease in labor productivity and an increase in the cost of work, are called cramped. The technological process of erecting high-rise buildings from monolithic concrete under dense urban development is rather complicated and is subject to the influence of a significant number of factors: the presence of cramped conditions, a wide range of formwork, the availability of various means of mechanization, and continuous improvement of the construction technology. It is necessary to determine the influence of these factors on the criteria for the performance of monolithic work in the construction of high-rise buildings in cramped conditions, to develop recommendations for improving the technology of construction of high-rise buildings from solid concrete in cramped conditions.

Optimization of object construction of objects

For the automated justification of the construction priority at SGUPS and KubGTU, a simulation model of this process was developed, including methodological, mathematical, and software. The number of possible options for the construction of objects, among these options is also optimal, is determined both by the number of objects being erected and the number of possible permutations. Due to the fact that a complete enumeration of all options is a very time-consuming process, it is advisable to perform it using a computer. The allocation of funding throughout the duration of the construction of facilities is performed using specially developed software “Potok”. Using this program, you can find the best option for the priority of construction of facilities with the minimum duration of the work. In the software “Potok”, a cyclogram and a schedule for the development of the estimated cost are built for the most visual presentation of solutions. This article discusses the model for optimizing the duration of the construction of objects, due to the complete enumeration of all the options for the production of construction work on the captures or on the objects.

Application of classical optimization methods to optimize route of transport company delivery

In this paper, we consider one option for optimizing the delivery routes for a transport company. The problematic and topicality of this issue is described. The process of formalizing delivery addresses and preparing initial data for calculations is described in detail. An example of optimization for a list of five addresses is given. Conclusions are made about the effectiveness of this method and its prospects.

Analysis methods to control leaks in the pipeline

The article analyzes the methods of gas leak detection on the main gas pipelines. The purpose of the analysis and selection of automatic systems is to improve the accuracy of leak and gas flow control. The article describes the following ways to control gas leaks in the pipeline: the pressure profile, volume-balance, the method of acoustic emission, the method of variable pressure drop on the driving device, ultrasonic method. The results of all the methods under consideration depend on the environmental parameters: density, pressure and temperature. Therefore, the main objective of the proposed methods is to achieve independence of the measurement results from changes in environmental parameters

Functional modeling of business – process for the formation of budget data

In this scientific work creation of functional model of the enterprise is considered by methods of the system analysis. The construction of a functional model is necessary for the description, study and reengineering of the process for the formation of budget data. To solve this problem in the framework of scientific work will be used the methodology SADT. To build a functional model, an IDEF0 diagram is used. In this paper, a summary of the subject-specific positions for the study is made, and an illustrative example is given that reflects the essence of the analysis. For software construction of a functional model, the AllFusion Process Modeler (BPwin) tool is used.

Selection and justification of priority management tasks in biotech manufacturing, given the technological risks

This article is devoted to the choice and justification of priority applied control tasks in the automation of biotechnological production, taking into account the risks of loss of control. Types of technological risks at management of periodic and continuous biotechnological processes of a stage of fermentation are considered. A comparative analysis of quantitative risk assessments using the method of hierarchy analysis is carried out. Using the obtained dependencies of target indicators of fermentation processes explain the development of a quality management system, optimal temperature control of a periodic fermentation process and systems control the dilution rate of the medium in chemostate continuous fermentation process. The results obtained are in the best agreement with the essence of the problem of managing the complex processes of the fermentation stage and the requirements for its solution.

Neuro-fuzzy process control continuous sterilization of the nutrient medium in biotech manufacturing

The problem of control of the process of continuous thermal sterilization of the nutrient medium in biotechnological production using the method of neuro-fuzzy control is considered. An algorithm for stabilizing the temperature of the medium at the outlet of the sterilization column (heater) with the help of switchable effects on the steam supply and the nutrient medium, which does not require the determination of switching moments, is implemented. The base of fuzzy control system rules is constructed taking into account the quasi-optimal control law obtained on the basis of the maximum principle. The improvement of the quality of sterilization of the nutrient medium by experimental studies of neuro-fuzzy system of temperature stabilization and comparison of the results with the existing system is confirmed. The use of neuro-fuzzy control methods made it possible to obtain a qualitative transition process without using the object model necessary for the synthesis of control by the classical method using the maximum principle.

The article deals with the methodical aspects of ensuring the safety of the Internet of things with the use of blockchain technologies taking into account the features of the construction and functionation of this architecture. The stages of development and implementation of blockchain-based solutions in the IoT loop that ensure the efficiency and safety of the life cycle of the infrastructure functioning are considered, and a description of the typical architecture of such a complex is provided.

The problem of automatic news processing

The article describes an embodiment of the system for automatically collecting, filtering, processing and analyzing the news flow. This task has recently caused a heightened interest in connection with the rapidly growing amount of available information and the new opportunities for knowledge extraction using BigData and Data – mining technologies. Existing systems for collecting and processing news information are considered, their strengths and weaknesses are highlighted. The ways of modernizing the architecture of news flow processing systems are proposed.

The calculation of the axial magnetic field asynchronous machines

Axial asynchronous machine is much less common than radial. Axial asynchronous machines are referred to as non-traditional, but their use in some cases is more justified. For this reason, the exact calculation of the magnetic system and obtaining the basic relations connecting the geometry of the magnetic system with its output characteristics is an urgent task.
The adequacy of the calculation is provided by the application of the electromagnetic field theory. The main results are obtained using ANSYS Electronics program and numerical methods of calculation, which provides a sufficiently high accuracy.
The resulting expressions allow for various design, analytical and research studies in the field of axial induction motors.

Calculation method of anchor’s magnetic chains and synchronous generator inductor with excitation
from permanent magnets for hybrid energy complexes and its realization

A design of a synchronous wind generator of conical design with excitation from permanent magnets, developed by the authors, is given, which allows the kinetic energy of wind to be converted into electrical energy. The authors have developed a method for calculating the magnetic circuits of the armature and generator inductor with excitation from permanent magnets of a conical structure, and the calculation of the developed wind generator for operation as part of a hybrid energy complex.

Wind-solar generator and its characteristics

The article presents the design of a wind-solar generator developed by the authors, which allows to convert the kinetic energy of the wind and the light energy of the Sun into electrical energy. The results of this work is the created mathematical model in the Matlab environment, which allows to take into account the electromechanical and electromagnetic processes occurring in the wind-solar generator, oscillograms of transients of the output voltage of the wind-solar generator when the input values change.
