Testing the bridge through the river of the Laba

Currently expanding construction of transport highways in order to increase road capacity and reduce the loss of the economy due to reduced transportation time of production. The purpose of this work – the study of the actual stress state of the span under the influence of a real car load by direct measurement of stress in the elements of the main beams and the deflection of the span when uploading overpass design load. It was found that the values of the stresses and deflections of the main beams are in good agreement with theoretical calculations. The values of the measured deflections amounted to 83.5% of the theoretical values.

Quick detailed hull connection with basin of grants for selection of monoliths weak soils from drilling wells

The reliability of the results of laboratory determinations of physicomechanical characteristics of soils is the degree of preservation of the natural addition of soils in monoliths taken from mine workings. The authors describe a quick-disassembled joint of the hull and shoe of pressed primers for the selection of weak soils from boreholes, which prevents shaking and disturbance of the natural addition of weak soils in monoliths during the dismantling of soil-sowings and extraction of soil monoliths.

Constructive and technological ways to improve the quality of selection of monolites of ransmission
grounds from the walls

Existing soil feeders for the selection of soil monoliths from boreholes do not always meet the quality requirements for the selection of soil monoliths, in particular, subsurface soils. To ensure the preservation of the natural composition of subsiding soils in monoliths for buildings and structures with a higher level of responsibility, they are selected from the open mine workings (pits, pipes, etc.) manually. Constructive and technological ways of improving the quality of the selection of monoliths of subsiding soils by injected lateral subsoil from pipe walls are given.

Phase equilibrium vapor – liquid in binary mixtures methyl alcohol – hydrocarbon

The vapor-liquid phase equilibrium diagrams y-x; t-x, y; γi-x are given for mixtures of methanol – hydrocarbon: methanol – pentane, methanol – isopentane, methanol – hexane, methanol – toluene, methanol – heptane, methanol – decane. Methanol is used in the oil and gas industry as a hydrate inhibitor due to its low freezing point and good solubility. The calculation of the component activity coefficient was performed using the NRTL method in the Borland Pascal programming environment. The structural parameters of the volume and area components ri and qi, the constants of the Antoine equation, the energy parameters of the binary interaction between the component molecules are taken according to Hysys, which is the medium for modeling complex schemes of an arbitrary structure intended primarily for the oil and gas industry. An acceptable quantitative and qualitative agreement between the calculated and experimental data is shown.

Scheme of the stages of oil-field wastewater treatment

In most oil fields, the source of raw water is treated oil field wastewater (FWW). The increased content of oil and suspended solids in water leads to incomplete recovery of oil from the well. The difficulty of treatment FWW lies in the separation of emulsified oil from water. The content of oil and mechanical impurities in the treated wastewater often exceeds the standards. The specifications of the stages of treatment FWW implemented in modern proposed installations protected by patents of the Russian Federation. It is established that in the treatment schemes flow stages: treatment, treatment-preparation, treatment-preparation-after-treatment. The absence of a pretreatment stage reduces the efficiency of the plants as a whole. The recommended scheme for the stages of purification of FWW, including pretreatment, preparation, treatment, and after-treatment.

Development of a multi-agent system in C#

Analysis of various sources shows that for a long time there has been an increase in the use of artificial intelligence systems in various spheres of society. One of the topical areas of application of artificial intelligence systems are multi-agent systems. In this regard, the search for possible ways to create multi-agent systems currently available in the market of information technology. This article presents the implementation of a multi-agent system of artificial intelligence in the language of high-level programming C#. The basic principles of data transfer between agents to create an opportunity to coordinate and combine their functions into one whole system through dialogue are touched upon. Examples of libraries and frameworks for the implementation of a multi-agent system of artificial intelligence are given.

Structural analysis and synthesis of transport and robotic constructions

At present, transport technological devices and robots are widely used both in industry and in other fields of human activity. So on the basis of transport carriages bicycles, motorcycles, cars, trains, trams, monowheels, gyroscooters, mobile robots and other similar structures are created. Robotic systems are widely used in everyday life, industry and in many other areas of human activity. In order to create effective robotic and transport devices, developers have to solve problems associated with the synthesis and analysis of their structure. Structural analysis and synthesis of mechanical systems is the main stage in the creation of new technology. So structural analysis allows you to establish with what object the developers are dealing, and, therefore, to choose the right methods for its calculation. Scientific structural synthesis of mechanical systems allows you to choose the right structural diagram of the device being created. The paper proposes the structural analysis and synthesis of robotic and transport structures to be carried out using rigorous scientific methods, namely with the help of the developed structural mathematical models. The results of the study showed the effectiveness of the proposed methods. This allows us to recommend the proposed approaches to a wide practical application.

Improving the structure of multi-tiered carousel extractor

Creating a domestic effective oil extraction equipment is an urgent task in terms of import substitution. The aim of the work is to improve the design of the carousel extractor on the basis of stream structure optimization. The object of research is a multi-tiered carousel extractor for the oil and fat industry. The study was performed using the methods of mathematical and computer modeling. As a result of the study, the parameters of the optimal cyclic extraction scheme in a multi-tiered carousel extractor were obtained. On the basis of the studied model of the eight-lane carousel extractor, it was established that the organization of an additional two irrigation stages on a longline gives the greatest economic effect. The results of the study show the effectiveness of the implementation of the cyclic extraction process and can be used to create oil extraction plants.

The formation of representative bodies in the Kuban region in the period of revolutionary changes of 1917

The article examines the formation of new authorities in the Kuban region in 1917 on a wide factual material. It is noted that the revolutionary changes gave a powerful impetus to the revitalization of political life in the Kuban. Based on the analysis, it is concluded that the attempt to coexist the representative bodies of the Provisional Government, the Cossack administration and councils in the Kuban was failed due to the inability of the main social groups and political parties to social compromise and mutual concessions based on the sober assessment that was formed in the region and country situation.

Housing and utilities: the history of the development of management companies

The article describes the main stages of development of housing and communal services in Russia: from the pre-revolutionary period to the present day. It is emphasized that in Russia the founder of housing and communal services can be considered Tsar Alexei Mikhailovich Romanov, in which the first services of housing and communal services were created. The article says that after the October revolution, the “Main Department for local economy” was created as part of the NKVD on the basis of the Resolution of the II Congress of Soviets. This date determines the beginning of the period of centralization of local economy management. It is specified that in 1931 the people’s Commissariat of municipal services of RSFSR is created. After disintegration of the USSR the management of the housing sector in 1991-1992 was carried out by the Ministry of architecture, construction and housing and communal services of the Russian Federation, then, in 1992-1994 − State Committee of the Russian Federation on architecture and construction. It is concluded that the system of management of housing and communal services developed in Russia for several centuries, and the modern form acquired only after the formation of the USSR.

Monuments of the civil war in the territory of Krasnodar region

The article is considered monuments of the Civil War located in the Krasnodar Territory and related history. А large number of monuments and places dedicated on-sensible people, events are in the Krasnodar Region. These monuments are not only works of art but also a part of history, a tribute to our ancestors and their exploits. Purpose of work is generalization of information about the monuments of the Civil War in the various localities of Krasnodar region, created during the Soviet and post-Soviet period. The object of the work are the monuments, obelisks dedicated to the events of the Civil War. The research method is problem-chronological. To sum up, monuments, obelisks and monumental slabs remind us about the events of the Civil War in Russia, in the Kuban region, affecting the outlook of modern society members. They are a kind of information channels, broadcasting knowledge of the past, the present and the future.

In the article the questions of the cultural revolution 20-30 g of XX century in the USSR, speaking of one of the component parts of the process of transition from capitalist system to a socialist. It is emphasized that the cultural revolution implied a change in the spiritual life of society, the regulation of public consciousness on the basis of Marxist-Leninist ideology. Attention is drawn to the fact that the country has done a tremendous job of reforming the worldview of the older and the education of the younger generation on the model of Communist ideology and morality, Patriotic education and internationalism, collectivist psychology. It is concluded that the cultural revolution took the direction of creating a completely new culture — “socialist” in content and “international” in nature.

Philosophical models of education in the xx century (existentialism and neothomism)

The article is devoted to the function of education, which is granted to it by the leading philosophical trends of the twentieth century. The authors test the hypothesis that the functions of the educational system are strictly determined by the needs of society. These social determinants take the form of ideals, basic philosophical ideas. Thus, the crisis perception of the world, which arose in European culture as a result of the First and Second world wars, the expansive development of science and increasing its impact on the daily life of man in the world, led to a reconsideration of traditional importance of education. It is shown that in existentialism the case of the school is understood as the creation of the necessary conditions for the student to find himself in this world, to determine the quality of his personality, to find the meaning of his existence. In neothomism also develops the idea that the main thing is the soul, the image of God in man, so education should be based on the primacy of the spiritual principle, and the Church is endowed with the same powers as the school.

The urgency of the research, which is devoted to the article, is determined by the lasting position of the Russian educational system, which can be characterized as a transitional, developing, crisis situation or as integrating into the international educational area. All educational structures are focused on searching methods to overcome the crisis, building a system more perfect than it is. This research is based on the assumption that any change in the education system should be associated with a change in its philosophical principles, the most important of which is the idea of the social function of education. Authors have identified the mechanisms of dependence between the structure of society and educational and pedagogical ideals through the analysis of historical and philosophical content. The research was made out on the substance of the doctrines of representatives of socialists-utopians (A. Saint-Simon, Ch. Fourier, R. Owen) during the industrialization of leading European countries.

The development of russian education among the mountaineers of the north Caucasus in the 30-60-ies. the nineteenth century

The article deals with the formation and development of Russian education among the highlanders of the North Caucasus during the Caucasian war. Introduction of mountaineers to the Russian education was considered by the authorities as the most important condition of formation of loyalty of local population to the Russian state. Despite the complexity and inconsistency of the process of development of education in the 30-60-ies. XIX he created the conditions for the subsequent formation of the system of Russian secular education in the region. It is concluded that the Russian authorities at the final stage of the Caucasian war carried out systematic efforts to develop Russian education among the highlanders of the North Caucasus, which was considered as one of the most important means of their integration into the Russian geopolitical space.

The hunger in Kuban in the 1930s of the xx century: on the problem statement

This paper discusses issues related to such events of the first third of the twentieth century as the famine of the 1930s in the Kuban. The paper attempts to identify the main reasons behind the events of 1932-1933. It is emphasized that many documents of that time are still classified, materials containing information about the number of victims have been destroyed, which does not allow to give a complete, reliable, comprehensive description of these events. Attention is drawn to the fact that this work can not recreate the full picture of hunger in the Kuban, but only is the basis for reasoning and further research on this topic.

The article deals with the issues of Patriotic education through oral history. The emphasis is on the recollections of a resident of the village and Park district coach Alexander Vasilievich Anisenko as a family member of the dispossessed, as a participant of the great Patriotic war and as a prisoner of war, held seven of the German camps. Attention is paid to his biography after the great Patriotic war. It is concluded that memories as an important historical source refer to oral history and, for the most part, consider the subjective experience of one person who survived the events of the great Patriotic war of 1941-1945. But at the same time they make an invaluable contribution to the preservation of historical memory of the tragic and heroic events of our history and contribute to the Patriotic education of the younger generation.

Authors turned to the domestic philosophical and pedagogical tradition, developing the idea of mutual conditioning of the education system and socio-historical, political realities. It was shown that the domestic philosophy of education arises as a direct consequence (post-reflection) of already implemented in practice educational systems. Its ideals and basic principles were formulated after the educators created their educational institutions.

The phenomenon of surrogate motherhood in the russian legislation

The article focuses on the issues of surrogacy. Legislative regulation of surrogacy is extremely complex, as it affects aspects of several types of law: civil, family, administrative and medical. All of them permeate each other, so these legal relations are complex. However, in Russia the law refers to surrogacy in the most loyal way. The state family policy is an integral part of the social policy of the Russian Federation. At the same time, in the legislation of the Russian Federation there is a conflict of regulations, as well as an acute problem of the formation of medical law.

In the entire history of Russian market reforms, the mortgage lending system has undergone many changes. Today, the main objective of the Mortgage Lending Program is the use of real estate and land pledge as a mechanism for attracting financial resources necessary for the development of production, which can be used in the development of the construction industry. This article describes in detail the main stages of the historical development of mortgage lending in Russia from its inception to modernity. The article discusses the problems of the Russian science citation index and scientometrics in general: unequal opportunities for different areas of science, small circulation of scientific journals, the quality of scientific publications, the commercialization of scientific publications, the artificial increase in the citation index and some others. The positive and negative sides of the Hirsch index are highlighted. It is noted that in the calculation of the “scientist index” there must be a component that takes into account the practical significance of his work. A number of ways to overcome a negative situation have been proposed.

Synthesis of 1-(4-nitrophenyl)-5-(4-n,n-dimethylbenzylidene)pyrrolin-2-оne

It is shown that pyrrolinone at the expense of mobile hydrogen atoms of the methylene link is able to react crotonic condensation with aromatic aldehydes. The interaction of 1-(4-nitrophenyl)pyrroline-2-one with, n-N,N-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde was studied. The physicochemical characteristics of the obtained 1-(4-nitrophenyl)-5-(4-N,N-dimethylbenzylidene)pyrroline-2-ons are presented. The composition is proved by elemental analysis. The structure is confirmed by PMR and IR spectra.

Environmental aspects of pesticide use for the production of safe products

In this article the chemical properties of some groups of pesticides are studied. The influence of the structure on the toxicological properties of drugs is analyzed. The factors influencing transformations of pesticides in the environment are considered. It is shown that the control of pesticide residues will significantly reduce the negative effects of pesticides.

Reaction between 1-(4-nitrophenyl)pyrrolin-2-ona with hydrazine and its derivatives

Investigated the reaction of condensation pyrrolinone derivative of hydrazine. Possible ways of reaction are shown and their mechanism is explained. The structure of the obtained molecules is proved by modern physical and chemical methods of analysis. The corresponding methods of synthesis of initial compounds and reaction products are given.

One of the oldest and proven for a long time to use its effectiveness by promoting health, prevention and treatment of various diseases is massage. Since ancient times, people in different countries knew about its health effects on all body systems and successfully used it. In the world there are many types of massage: Thai, Filipino, Hawaiian, Swedish and many others. Massage is important in the preparation of athletes, both during training sessions and during the competition. Sport great achievements can not be imagined without the work of highly qualified specialists in the field of massage. The article describes the effectiveness of massage for the main systems and organs of the human body. The effect of massage on the skin, muscles, nervous, circulatory and lymphatic systems is considered in detail. Massage can and should be successfully used in the training of our University athletes, as well as for the health of employees and teachers.

Justification of parameters of hydrodynamic installation for cooling air in workplaces

In deep coal mines, mining operations approached the mark with a rock temperature of 50 °C. The air temperature in the workplace reaches 35 °C and above, which is much higher than the permissible safety standards. Normalization of thermal conditions is carried out mainly by means of ventilation measures and artificial air cooling, which requires significant material and time costs. However, in the mines, there are jobs limited area (not more than 3 m along the length of the production) in which the normalization of the microclimate through the above measures to implement economically feasible. In such cases, the improvement of the microclimate can be carried out with the help of relatively simple in terms of design and low-cost installations using the hydroelectric effect.
The paper presents the theoretical basis for determining the energy efficiency of hydrodynamic air temperature reduction based on water dispersion to solve the problems of labor protection. Rational geometric relations of parameters for the diffuser–confusor chamber of the hydrodynamic installation: lengths, cross sections, angles of opening are substantiated. The nature of the change and the optimal velocity of the air-droplet mixture in the diffuser-confusor device are determined.

This article analyses some factors of working process for agricultural workers during season period because their regime is a rush job. This may be one reason of their fatigability as a result a dangerous – trauma situation may appear.
One of the reason for this situation is a poor catering service organization for agricultural workers during harvest period.
So a special diet was discussed in this article. Some factors were very important:
– speciality of this occupation
– action to meet the demands of labour protection law and avoid dangerous traumatic situation.
Thus taking into consideration modern policy of labour protection all these actions are developed to avoid trauma situation and preserve worker s health.

Ways to improve the methodology of special assessment of working conditions in terms of taking into account the influence of climatic factors on microclimate parameters work places

Trends in changing types of occupational injuries

In Russian Federation attends the constant attention about the issues of labor protection and reduction of industrial injuries like at the state level and at manufacturing enterprises. However, the indicators of industrial injuries like fatal and serious injuries are quite common. The conducted researches, statistics analysis (according to the data of the Rostrud and the Federal State Statistics Service) and the construction of predicted changes in the types of industrial accidents, allows us to determine areas where extra efforts are needed like at the state level and in organizations to improve systems about control of labor protection, the development extra measures for security industrial processes , the methods of control and supervision for labor protection and work management, training the workers methods of the safety execution of technological operations.

Equation of electric field surface electrolytic type portable grounders and calculated electric soil structure models

The article focuses on the problem of electrical safety for mobile electrical installations (MEI), which are log lifters, logging stations and laboratories of a perforator station during geophysical surveys of oil and gas wells. The analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the existing protective earthing system and the directions for its improvement, namely the use of electrolytic type portable grounding earthing devices (PGEDET), have been carried out.
The paper considers the results of the analysis of structures of PGEDET, the results of experimental studies of their prototypes, their physical and mathematical models, which allowed to determine the shape of the body of electrolyte spreading under PGEDET as a truncated rotation ellipsoid, the dimensions of which depend on the radius of the permeable bottom of the grounding model and the volume of spilled liquid . The equations of the electric field of PGEDET and the computational model of the electric structure of the soil are composed.
It has been concluded that when developing a mathematical model of a PGEDET, it is possible to accept the electrical structure of the soil as a uniform conducting half-space.

Estimation of reasons of traumatism on coal mines by structural-probabilistic method

The ground of development of new facilities of defense of miners and planning of measures on prevention of traumatism on the basis of analysis of happenings accidents foresees the quantitative estimation of influence of reasons on a traumatism. The analysis of the known methods of estimation of reasons rotined that the most comfortable method of decision of such tasks is a probabilistic method. However there are objective difficulties of receipt of probabilistic values of reasons, conditioned by a display in the mines of the natural phenomena, by non-fulfillment of organizational-technical and organizational safety measures, and also conscious feasance of dangerous effects workers, responsible persons. In these terms a large value is acquired by development of methods of estimation of reasons on the basis of structure of function of danger of the mine production system. The structural-probabilistic method of estimation of reasons of accidents is offered in the article, in which «ponderability» of reason is numeral equal to probability of traumatism, estimated reason equal 1, and probability of origin of all other reasons, equal 0,5, calculated at probability. The example of ranging of reasons of accidents is considered with the use of this method.

Experience of introduction of control system by production and labour on enterprises of coal industry protection

In 2010 Control system by a production and labour protection was inculcated in coal industry of Ukraine (SUPOT). This system united the Good-looking system and Control system by a labour protection first. In connection with that in 2013 the term of action of trial standard, regulating the requirements of SUPOT outflowed, there was a necessity of development of the proper normative document for coal industry of Donetsk People’s Republic. In the article the basic results of introduction of SUPOT are resulted in 2010-2013 in coal industry of Ukraine, and also analysis of remarks and suggestions to this control system, actings from the coal enterprises of Donetsk People’s Republic. The got results rotined the rightness of the accepted decision about the association of the Good-looking system and Control system by a labour protection, and allowed to formulate basic directions of further development of SUPOT.

Improvement of regulatory framework for construction of safe coal-face machines and komplexes

This research paper presents the analysis of both general and lethal occupational injuries in coal industry of Ukraine before 2013 as a period of most intensive coal production has been carried out based on factor “machines and mechanisms”, as well as the analysis of percentage of this factor in general structure of injuries according to all hazardous production factors; analysis of distribution of lethal injuries in coal industry over types of machines, analysis of reports of special investigations of accidents for the purpose of development of measurements for prevention of reoccurrence of accidents causes in the future. On basis of the results obtained the safety requirements for coal-face machines are developed, which will be included in regulatory legal act on labour safety “Coal-face machines, complexes and devices. Development of test sheets for monitoring the implementation of mandatory protection of labor protection in the construction industry

In the Program of control and oversight activity reforms in Russia until 2025, one of the target indicators is the increase of the effectiveness of the organization of control and supervision activities against the background of the growth of the quality of administration of control and supervision functions. The article shows the problem sides in modernizing the system for assessing the effectiveness of supervisory and control activities in compliance with the state regulatory requirements of labor protection, carried out by the territorial bodies of Rostrud. This critical assessment of the applied indicators in assessing the effectiveness of state occupational injections is given. Measures and indicators, the introduction of which in the assessment system may contribute to a more objective and adequate analysis of the effectiveness of the activities of the territorial bodies of Rostrud as part of their supervision and control of compliance with state regulatory requirements of labor protection, are proposed.

Thermal insulation of roadway walls as a method for thermal conditions control in deep mines

This research paper provides the results of investigation of thermal insulation of roadway walls in relation to mine air microclimate formation in deep mines and combined mines. The analysis has been conducted of known methods of thermal insulation of a rock massif in mine openings. The main advantages of the new method for thermal insulation of roadway walls proposed are presented as well as its positive influence on mine air microclimate formation in deep mines. As a variant of such device for thermal insulation it is proposed to use flexible container with air. The device for thermal insulation proposed is patented.

Organizational and technical actions to improve labor conditions in the painting workshop of the motor transport enterprise

From the state of working conditions depends on the level of human performance, his health, attitude to work, results and increased productivity. The paper analyzes numerical indicators for industrial accidents and occupational diseases according to the All-Russian Classifier of Economic Activities 45.2 – Maintenance and repair of motor vehicles in the Russian Federation.
The purpose of this work is to analyze the existing working conditions in the paint shop of a motor transportation company and to develop organizational and technical measures to improve working conditions in the workplace of an autometal. To normalize the air environment in the paint shop, it was proposed to introduce a paint-drying chamber with air-and-exhaust ventilation on the painting site. A draft ventilation system was developed, the calculation was made and the equipment was selected.

Economic efficiency of financing activities to improve labor conditions at work places in CJSC «Alexandria»

Investing in labor protection is more profitable compared to the costs incurred by employers in connection with work accidents and occupational diseases. In this regard, the urgent issue is to study and solve problems related to the life and health of staff, creating comfortable and safe working conditions. The main purpose of measures to improve working conditions is the health of the employee, the development of his personality, increase efficiency, increase employee interest in the work performed. To improve working conditions, approximately one quarter of all planned expenses are spent, which on average pays off in 3–5 years. The economic efficiency of the implementation of measures to improve working conditions is reflected in the reduction of labor costs per unit of production and manifests itself ultimately in improving production efficiency. The purpose of this work is to determine the economic efficiency of financing measures to improve working conditions at workplaces in CJSC Alexandria.

Analysis of the level of industrial injuries and the identification of risk factors (on the example of Pukhovichsky district of the Minsk region)

The article is devoted to the analysis of industrial injuries and risk factors in the territory of the Pukhovichsky district of the Minsk region for the period from 2013 to 2018. With the help of a retrospective analysis, an increase in the level of occupational injuries in 2018 was set at 0.26 cases per 1000 employees compared to 2013. When analyzing industrial accidents by types of economic activity, it was found that the highest percentage of injuries is observed in agriculture (40,17%). A survey among the employees of enterprise «Mashpishcheprod» showed that the main risk factors are low physical activity and a short time spent in the fresh air. The results show the need to develop measures to reduce the level of industrial injuries in the territory of the Pukhovichi district.

Research of factors assisting to the development of tuberculosis, on the example of the working population of Minsk city

Tuberculosis remains one of the most serious threats in the world. The problem of tuberculosis is inextricably linked not only with the enormous pressures on the health care system, but also the losses in the economies of the countries, since mainly tuberculosis affects the working-age population. This article analyzes the predisposing factors for the development of tuberculosis among the residents of Minsk city on the basis of the questionnaire developed by us, consisting of 21 closed questions. 72 respondents participated in the survey. 12.5% of respondents work in hazardous industries. It has been established that not all respondents are sufficiently aware of tuberculosis and the factors contributing to its development. It was revealed that among the working persons involved in the study, 11.11% abused alcohol, 2.78% use drugs, 45.83% have chronic pathology.

Some aspects of electrical safety at operation of electric equipment of drilling rig

The article provides information on possible technical solutions to protect people from electric shock. The power equipment which protection has to be carried out by means of grounding is presented. The classification of electrical equipment (in accordance with GOST 25861-83) and the characteristic of each class. Particular attention is paid to the observance of the necessary conditions for grounding the conductive parts connected by the IT system. Information on electrical networks grounded according to the scheme with the isolated neutral is given. The main advantages and disadvantages of this mode are shown. The scheme of a network with the isolated neutral and protective grounding of electrical installation is resulted. The values of the resistance (constant in any period of the year) of the grounding device to which the neutral of the generator, transformer or the terminals of the single-phase current source are connected are indicated.

Improving the efficiency of elimination of oil spills during operation of fuel oil economy of SDPP

Significant threat to populations and to the environment are the responsibility of the operation of the state regional power plants operating on fuel oil. To prevent pollution of the atmosphere, underground and surface waters it is necessary to carry out timely and qualitatively works on prevention, localization and liquidation of emergency spills of oil products. Improving the efficiency and safety of work to eliminate such accidents is planned to be achieved through the timely detection of such accidents, improving the quality of monitoring of welds of steel structures of oil tanks, the use of modern high-performance sorbents, the use of personal protective equipment of the new generation. Timely detection of oil spills is proposed to be carried out with the help of portable alarms of combustible gases, such as the device SGG-20mikro, providing an alarm on exceeding explosive concentrations of combustible gases and vapors of flammable liquids in the air in excess of the set values in places potentially dangerous for oil spills. Quality control of welds and the main material of steel structures of oil tanks is proposed to be carried out with the help of universal ultrasonic flaw detector USD-60, which has advanced functions. As a sorbent for the elimination of oil pollution, it is proposed to use polyurethane hydrophobic granular sorbent of the ol-EX ALL WETTER brand, which has a high absorption capacity and low bulk density. For protection of the personnel of fuel oil economy of power plants it is offered to use the full mask of 3M of the 6800 series having the improved functional characteristics.

The choiсe of the type of fire detectors for the transport workshop on manufacturing facility of ferroconcrete products

Fire safety of the object is determined by the automatic fire extinguishing system ability to find out the source of the ignition in advance. The State-of-the-art and main requirements to fire systems is that they should be able to locate the fire at the beginning stage of the ignition. This is the most actual for automatic fire extinguishing systems at large manufacturing facilities.
This work presents an analysis of the possible options in equipping the automatic fire extinguishing system with fire detectors for the transport workshop structural subdivisions on manufacturing facility of ferroconcrete products. Characteristic features of considered units are analysed. Common sources of ignition, and factors affecting the working capacity of fire systems were identified for each sector. Also these factors may affect on finding out the ignition source in a proper time. The comprehensive analysis of all factors and features of workshop to find out the more suitable fire detectors is summarized in this work.

Experience of introduction of telemechanics systems of STN-3000 gas distribution station of magnitogorsk linear production elastic as a factor of increase of industrial safety of the gas transportation system

The functional possibilities of the system of Telemechanics of STN-3000 are Analyzed, its general structure is shown, advantages and disadvantages of the system are defined.

The simulation of the development of negative fire factors

In this article cosidered the causes and dangers of fires in industrial premises. Provides statistical data of the causes of fires and proposed the methods to reduce the fire risk, minimizing the negative factors of fire. Researches are conducted to modeling the negative factors of fire, depending of the different characteristics of production premises using the Fenix + program. Based of the obtained data, the dependences of visibility, oxygen content in the air, temperature on time are constructed. Proposed measures are aimed to protecting the people in the danger zone from identified fire factors. Conducted researches allow us to determine the premises, where the occurrence of fire is most dangerous characterized by the shortest time to reach the limiting values of the fire factors under investigation, and also to offer the most optimal options for fire prevention measures to reduce the impact of negative factors.

Fire danger of electrical installations: model and prognoses

The article discusses the state of fire safety of electrical installations, electrical equipment at the objects of the agro-industrial complex. The main cause of fire danger is a small residual life of electrical installations associated with ineffective organizational and technical measures and problems of an economic and legislative nature. Management analysis and the construction of a forecasting scenario model makes it possible to determine a probabilistic assessment of risk and consequences (damage) from fires. The scenario method makes it possible to obtain objective information about the risks of fire in electrical installations in order to develop guidelines for ensuring a standardized level of safety. When creating a fire forecasting system, short-term and medium-term forecasting is carried out and the effectiveness of the implementation of basic measures and electrical protective equipment is assessed, as well as the planning of preventive measures to protect the population and the environment.

On the development of kaizen activities in the framework of the national project to increase productivity

The interim results of the state program to increase labor productivity in medium and large enterprises of the basic non-primary sectors of the economy in 15 constituent entities of the Russian Federation are considered. The analysis of statistical data and ways of dealing with losses in the optimization of product flows, which have a large share in the company’s revenue and the methods used in this process, which made it possible to obtain the shortest process time in the flow, was carried out.

Pilot researches on the example of drying of micro cellulose (MCC) and other chemicals with use of microwave technologies are studied, patent-information search of the microwave oven installations of drying is carried out, proceeding from it, it is offered to apply these technologies for damp potassium chloride drying to increase the level of technological process safety and quality of the made product.

Analysis of the reliability of determination of trusting limits in the approximation of binominal distribution in the tasks of interval evaluation of indicators of reliability and safety of complex systems

The task of finding the confidence interval of safety indicators of complex technical systems with a limited number of statistical data (control checks, observations) is considered. A comparative analysis of the effectiveness of the main methods of approximation of the Klopper – Pearson interval under the condition of failure on the assumption that the frequency of occurrence of a dangerous event in independent experiments (Bernoulli scheme) is distributed according to the normal law is carried out. The features of determining a two-sided interval estimate for the approximation of the binomial distribution — normal, beta, F-, Poisson, and chi-squared distributions in the Mathcad system are shown.

Prediction of reliability and safety of complex technical systems with the composition of laws of distribution of parameters of structural elements

The features of solving problems of predicting the reliability and safety of complex technical systems associated with the need to compose various distribution laws describing random values of the parameters of the structural elements of the system are considered. Practical examples related to the composition of random variables with normal and exponential distribution laws are given. Measures to reduce the energy potential of the unit for stabilization of agfu installation with MTBE production unit

Due to the presence in the refining potential hazards (volumetric explosions, fires), concentrations of hydrocarbon systems with high heat of combustion and high vapor pressure, with an increase in unit capacities of the apparatus, increasing the fire and explosion safety of enterprises is a pressing issue now. The purpose of this article is to develop measures to increase the industrial safety of the AGFU unit with the MTBE production unit. Based on the goal, the following tasks were formulated: to calculate the energy potentials of the most dangerous unit of the AGFCU unit with the MTBE production unit before and after the implementation of measures, and also to calculate the zones of destruction under the threat of a strong explosion. One of the most dangerous blocks of this installation is the stabilization unit, which is designed to separate the gas head (C3 – C4) from unstable gasoline. Research results show a decrease in the energy potential of the block and a decrease in the radii of the zones of destruction after the introduction of measures that contribute to the reduction of human and material losses.

To improve the quality and safety of the operations offered the option of directional perforation on tubing before the forthcoming hydraulic fracturing. Applying geophysical well survey methods (GIS) —acoustic logging method, prior to hydraulic fracturing, is possible to determine the direction of fracturing of the formation rock and after interpreting the data and orienting the perforator in the well, conduct a directional cumulative perforation in a given direction.

Modeling of air-vapor cloud dispersion during outflow of liquefied natural gas into atmosphere

Every year liquefied natural gas (LNG) plays an increasingly prominent role in ensuring the stable functioning and development of the gas industry in Russia. To ensure the industrial safety of facilities for receiving, storing and transporting LNG, a reliable assessment of the consequences of possible accidental leaks and spills accompanied by the formation of explosive vapor clouds is necessary. This article presents a mathematical model of the dispersion of a vapor-air cloud during the outflow of LNG into the atmosphere. The proposed model is implemented using the ANSYS FLUENT 17.0 hydrodynamic analysis package. A comparative analysis of the calculated and experimental concentrations for a series of Falcon experiments on LNG emissions has been performed. A feature of the Falcon experiments is the presence of a fence around the source of the release. The following experiments were chosen for the simulation: Falcon – 1, Falcon – 3 and Falcon – 4. It was found that for experiments conducted at high wind speeds (Falcon-3 and Falcon-4), the model results provide good agreement with the experiment, while at low wind speeds and stable atmospheric stratification (Falcon-1) there is a significant discrepancy between the experimental and calculated data.

Sanitation of the geological environment polluted by hydrocarbons under platforms of oil refineries


This problem is relevant for the oil processing enterprises. Completely it is impossible to avoid pouring of oil products. For monitoring of the existing wells, quality of underground waters and also creation of a simulation model of an engineering-geological element use of the program Petrel complex is possible. It, in turn, will allow to ensure safety of subjects to water supply and to define the direction of the movement of a lens of oil products.

Survey of the section for sewage water treatment from petroleum products

Methods for treatmant surface runoff contaminated with petroleum products are considered. An inspection of the treatment facilities of the company Agency Mercury Safety (AMS) (Republic of Crimea, Simferopol), specializing in the disposal of industrial waste, including petroleum products and oil sludge. It was established that the sorption purification method was used. Activated carbon is used as a sorbent. Laboratory chemical analysis of surface wastewater was carried out before and after treatment. The content of petroleum products before purification was 6.32 mg / l, after purification 0.36 mg / l. It is proposed to use slag waste from thermal power plants as a sorbent after their modification by calcination at high temperatures.

Current problems of anthropogenic impact on the water bodies of the peninsula Crimea

The work is devoted to the study of the main factors of anthropogenic environmental impact in the Crimea, which is characterized by air pollution, surface and groundwater, accumulation of toxic and household waste, poor state of sewage treatment plants. Significant sanitation and hygiene problems in the Crimea are associated with a shortage of drinking water and its pollution due to poor sanitary and technical condition of water supply networks. Water supply problems are sharply exacerbated during the holiday season due to the influx of recreationists, especially unorganized ones, while the shortage of drinking water in resort areas reaches 70-80%. The lack of sufficient water supply and sanitation limits the development of new promising resort areas with the aim of recreational unloading and improving the ecological status of traditional resorts of the Crimea.

Sewage treatment plants milk factory for treatment technological wastewater

A survey was conducted of the sewage treatment plants of LLC Caloria (Krasnodar Region), intended for the treatment of technological wastewater, followed by discharge of treated water into the reservoir. A scheme of the treatment stages with the equipment used at each stage is shown. The circuit includes pretreatment for grease trap-grit chamber, averaging drains averager, mechanical treatment in the primary sedimentation tanks with thin-layer modules, biological treatment in bioreactor with an anaerobic and aerobic zones, advanced treatment in the secondary sump on mechanical filters with granular media, sorption and electromagnetic filters and decontamination on the UV plant. The precipitate is dehydrated on a belt filter press. In order to improve the quality of treated wastewater to the requirements of the maximum permissible concentrations, the modernization of treatment facilities is currently underway.

Development of environmentally friendly recipes water dispersion polyurethane compositions

Scientific and practical interest in water-dispersion polyurethane compositions due to their exceptionally high quality and such properties as a good drying rate, atmospheric, water, chemical, abrasive, frost and heat resistance, excellent adhesion to various substrates.
This article provides information about the prospects and areas of use of water-dispersive polyurethane compositions. The method of obtaining dispersions in an energy-saving way that meets global environmental requirements is considered.
For coatings and adhesives with high consumer properties, water-dispersed polyurethane dispersions based on domestically produced polyesters were synthesized and their colloidal chemical properties were studied. The results of the experiments showed that the compositions developed have characteristics that are not inferior to industrial analogues. The resulting polyurethane compositions can be used as adhesives for 3D bonding, as well as coatings for wood and plastic.

The phytotoxicity of soils in illegal dumps of Ulan – Ude

One of biological receptions of assessment of quality of soils – phytoindication is presented in article. Soils in regions of illegal dumps in the territory of Ulan-Ude became an object of a research. The conducted researches confirm efficiency of use of methods of biotesting for definition of pollution of soils. The phytotoxicity of soils was estimated by method of sprouts. As a result of observations it was established that contents in the soil of pollutants makes direct impact on morphological features of the studied test cultures. Studying of phytotoxicity of soils showed that soils practically of all sites of a research suppressed growth of subjects to observation that demonstrates anthropogenic influence anthropogenic change of environment.

Resource saving at the expense of qualified use of recycling wastes

At present, issues of environmental protection and environmental safety are becoming increasingly important in all countries of the world. Special attention of researchers is paid to fillers based on large-tonnage agricultural waste, as a cheap, non-toxic, renewable vegetable raw material resource characterized by a variety of valuable properties.
In this aspect, it is interesting to use rice husk (RS), because in the process of processing raw rice it accumulates on average 20-25% of the volume of the target product. Burning RSH is not recommended, because leads to the formation of vapors and toxic gases, which seriously pollutes the air. Disposal of RSH by burial is also not rational, since rice husk does not disintegrate in the ground, due to the content of silica in it.
On the other hand, the presence of silicon dioxide in the RS composition makes this agricultural waste product an interesting filler for polymeric materials. Ash RSH is also a promising raw material for the production of synthetic wollastonite.
In this work, wollastonite was obtained on the basis of rice husk and limestone ash with molar ratios of CaCO3 and SiO2: 1.2:1; 1:1 and 1:1.2, respectively. The average particle size of synthetic wollastonite naturally grows with an increase in the content of silicon oxide in its composition. At the same time, synthetic wollastonite with an equal molar ratio of calcium carbonate and silicon oxide has a higher content of particles with the largest sizes.
The effectiveness of the interaction of epoxy resin with wollastonite more for synthetic filler, compared with natural. Both natural and synthetic wollastonite increase the wear resistance of epoxy materials.

The problems of providing of the electromagnetic safety


The analysis of the problem of providing electromagnetic safety, the results of our own researches and researches of other authors shows, that despite of decline the ecological risk from industrial objects, the growth of environmental pollution is inevitable of residential areas and negative influence of EMP on humans. Reviewed the tendencies in influence and change the role of sources of EMP to population and environmental safety of the territories, are given the indexes of electromagnetic pollution from different technogenic sources and also intercommunication of electromagnetic influence with the level of sickness of the population. With a view to protect the population and territories supposed to increase the efficiency of environmental safety management by improving the system of regulation of EMP from individual sources and developing of complex regulation and limitation of negative influence from different sources, operating in different frequency ranges. The development of the system of electromagnetic monitoring will allow to identify, controlling and predict the changes of electromagnetic pollution in territories where humans are living.

Development of innovative installation of air-water-cooling cooling for sunflower caps

In oil and fat production, in connection with the accession of the Russian Federation to the World Trade Organization, there is a problem with increasing profitability of production, increasing the productivity of butter factories and improving the quality of the final product.
In the oil-pressing industry, there is a problem with the storage of hot cakes in warehouses. To store the cake in warehouses, it must be constantly cooled – moving to avoid the occurrence of fires in the enterprise, which significantly affects the quality of the material, and enterprises incur large losses with this method of cooling. Therefore, a universal technology and a production plant for cooling the cake is needed.
In order to perform the cooling process of the oil cake in oil producing enterprises, a convective way of cooling with external air is preferred. However, the cooling efficiency of the material can be significantly improved by moving to the evaporative cooling process. Its essence lies in the fact that water in a fine-dispersed state is fed to a thin layer of material. Heat, which the material possesses, is expended on evaporation of this moisture from their surface.

The review of literature data is conducted about the contamination of soil of vineyards with heavy metals, pesticides, macro- and micronutrients in the system “soil-grape-wine” has been carried out. During many decades in the Krasnodar Territory for the viticulture and wine industry soil contamination with pesticides and heavy metals poses a special environmental hazard, as a result of which soil fertility decreases sharply, and the productivity of wine production decreases from toxic residues of pollutants. In connection with the constantly increasing technogenic load, the solution of the most important problem of soil pollution in vineyards and increasing the environmental safety of grape-making and wine products subsequently obtained requires an integrated approach and is relevant.

Processing of waste of animal enterprises

Environmental pollution by waste of livestock enterprises negatively affects the state of land and water resources. A technology has been developed for processing cattle manure, which performs effective utilization of treated wastewater and does not cause environmental damage to the environment. The technology is based on the process of separation of manure into fractions using a separator. Wastewater treatment is carried out by a biological method. Technological processes for the preparation of liquid effluents for disposal on agricultural irrigation fields are substantiated. The introduction of technology in the Gulkevichsky district of the Krasnodar Territory the rate of mineral fertilizer application on the fields has decreased: nitrogen by 20%, potassium by 80-100%; grain yield increased by 10-20% relative to irrigation with water without the addition of treated effluent.

Recycling of cartridges of filters to clean your drinking water

The analysis of the ecological state of groundwater in the Krasnodar region. However, when solving the problem of drinking water quality, there is a problem of waste disposal generated in this process, namely cartridges from filters for drinking water purification. The analysis of methods and devices for purification of underground water used in the economic and drinking purposes, as well as the possibility of recycling spent cartridges. Recommendations for improvement of activity of the population in the field of waste management are offered. The priority is to bring to the population the basics of environmental safety in the field of waste management and motivation of the population in order to organize separate collection of solid municipal waste.

Development of complex technology for processing waste of oil and fat manufacturing

At the enterprises of the oil and fat industry of the Russian Federation, over a million tons of sunflower seed cleaning waste is generated annually, and the amount of spent bleaching clay and filter powders is estimated at 51.5 thousand tons per year and 8.5-8.9 thousand tons per year, respectively . The main method of their utilization at present remains the removal and storage at MSW landfills, which is a fire hazard and creates significant environmental problems for both enterprises and their regions as a whole. Earlier, we developed and introduced a technology and production plant for enriching and processing sunflower seed cleaning waste into feed products by means of their successive extrusion and pressing. Research on the composition and dynamics of lipid oxidation in spent bleaching clays and filter powders using modern equipment of the KubSUT collective use center, as well as studying the extrusion and pressing of mixtures of enriched sunflower seed cleaning materials, used bleaching clays and powders, has allowed developing an integrated technology for processing waste data oil and fat production, which is ready for implementation in enterprises. Processing waste oil and fat production will provide additional feed products and vegetable oils for livestock and poultry, improve the environment by reducing the load on landfills, and fat-and-oil enterprises to gain additional profit and increase deductions to budgets of various levels.

Ecological risks of geological accumulation of carbon dioxide in Donbass

Donbas has localized Europe’s most significant potential for geological storage of carbon dioxide (CO2) to mitigate the effects of global climate change. The environmental risks of CO2 leaks in the processes of capturing, transporting and geological storage of CO2 at the enterprises of the energy and industrial sectors of the economy of the eastern regions of Ukraine are analyzed. Geographic information systems have been created in these areas with layers of CO2 emission sources, a gas transmission system and geological structures suitable for storing supercritical CO2. The ranking of clusters of CO2 emission sources and prospective sites for geological storage of CO2 has been performed. The impact of CO2 leaks from geological repositories on the environment is estimated. In the promising areas of supercritical CO2 storage, the possibilities of using CO2 for enhancing oil and gas recovery of reservoirs, as well as possible scenarios for CO2 leakage through tectonic faults of Donbas geological structures, are analyzed.

Ensuring environmental safety of the oil processing enterprises as aspect of decrease in load of biosphere components

Statistics allows to conclude that operation of industrial facilities on production and oil refining inevitably leads to education and accumulation of oil-containing slimes in production territories which are sources of air pollution, soils and ground waters. Therefore considering negative impact of the specified waste on biosphere components for ensuring environmental safety of the oil processing enterprises it is necessary to use effective methods of processing of slimes for decrease in loading since today this problem is relevant.

Ecological aspect of production of canned products

Environmental pollution resulting from the operation of a food company is complex. The key environmental problems of canning production and the effect of production on air, water and soil are considered. In order to identify the extent of the negative impact of the enterprise on the environment, an inventory of pollutants and waste was produced. Inventory compiled on the basis of the technological cycle of production. In the course of the inventory, information was obtained and systematized on the composition, quantity and distribution of sources of emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere across the enterprise’s territory, sources of wastewater discharge into the hydrosphere, production and consumption wastes were revealed.

In order to identify the degree of negative effects of canning production on the environment at the enterprise of the industry, an inventory of pollutants was made. Inventory compiled on the basis of the technological cycle of production. A map has been compiled of the sources of air pollution. The qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the sources of emissions of pollutants into the air in various parts of the technological cycle have been determined. A comparative characteristic of the actual emissions of harmful substances into the air with the standards of MPE. According to the presented data, it is shown that the enterprise for the production of canned products does not have exceedances according to the project of maximum permissible emissions.

Cleaning of mining and industrial enterprises waste water from radionuclides

The article discusses the use of natural zeolites of Eastern Transbaikalia in solving problems in the field of geoecology, the chemical and mineral composition of natural zeolites of Eastern Transbaikalia is showed, use of zeolite-containing rocks in the protection of the environment during the power supply of mining enterprises using atomic energy is proposed, experimental studies on cleaning industrial wastewater from radionuclides are described; sorption characteristics of 137Cs by natural zeolites from a solution of 0.1 and 1.0 mol / dm3 of sodium nitrate, the dependences of 137Cs sorption on the concentration of sodium ions in the solution and the size of the sorbent granules are established, the results of studies on the sorption of 90Sr radionuclide and Ca2+ ions by natural zeolites are given.

Enhancing the ecological safety of the process of cleaning washing water from lead

The influence of the composition of washing water on the maximum permissible current density and the release of lead at the cathode is studied. It is determined that with the dilution of the electrolyte, the permissible current density required for uniform deposition of lead on the cathode decreases. The dependence of the permissible current density on the concentration of lead salt in the washing water is established. It is shown that with a decrease in the concentration of lead in the solution, the permissible current density and current yield decrease exponentially. Based on this, it is advisable to use electrolysis at a minimum concentration of lead salt in a solution equal to 2.5 g/l. At a lower concentration, the rate of separation, the current output and the specific energy consumption sharply increases. For further isolation of lead from the solution, its precipitation in the form of hydroxide with the addition of sodium hydroxide at a pH equal to 10 was used. The excess reagent to be injected into the solution for complete deposition of lead salt depending on the concentration of lead salt in the solution was calculated. It is shown that the excess reagent depending on the concentration of lead salt varies from 1.7 to 9.6.

Analysis, evaluation of the quantity and methods of utilization of exhausted car covers

Currently, the number of cars is growing every year, the utilization of waste tires of which is acquiring environmental and economic importance for all countries of the world, including the Russian Federation. Every year in the world more than 10 million tons of tires go out of use. The amount of tire waste accumulated in the world is more than 80 million tons. According to the European Tire Recycling Association (ETRA), over 2 million tons of depreciated automobile tires are produced annually in Europe, and the volume of their processing by grinding does not exceed 10%. Most tires collected (20%) are used as fuel. In Russia, the issue is even more acute. So, according to the data of the tire industry research institute in the Russian Federation, about 1 million tons of used tires are annually decommissioned. It takes about 100 years to decompose used car tires and other rubber products.
Modern automotive rubber is a complex composite product consisting of a variety of materials, including synthetic and natural rubber, textiles, steel, carbon black and many chemical additives. These components vary depending on the specific characteristics of the tire and its intended use.
The following types of treatment for used tires are used both in the world and in the Russian Federation: burial; burning; grinding; pyrolysis; recovery.

Hard domestic wastes handling environmental problems

The classification of household (municipal) waste is presented, which is necessary for the waste composition analysis in order to reduce harmful effects on the environment. Basic household waste morphological composition characteristic is given. The most dangerous factors arising from the use of different waste disposal methods are listed. The reasons for increasing environmental problems when dealing with household waste are indicated. The main methods of waste recycling and disposal are shown, namely: storage (disposal), incineration, composting, reuse. It was noted that the preliminary household waste sorting will significantly increase waste recycling level and, accordingly, reduce the load on the environment. Waste management main issues, that required solutions, are indicated.

The construction industry, along with other sectors of the economy makes a significant contribution to the increase in the amount of waste. In the territory of Donbass now, owing to destruction of buildings and constructions, a large number of construction waste was formed and there was an urgent need to solve a problem of their utilization. In the near future, in connection with the restoration work, waste from construction sites will be added to these wastes. In the article, the scheme of waste management the construction and demolition used at the present time. The reasons for which the management of construction waste at the level of the state and at the level of subjects of construction production is ineffective are established. The article presents studies aimed at determining the cost of transportation of construction waste generated during the dismantling of buildings on the example of a two-storey residential building. The expediency of waste recycling at the construction site is proved, the possible ways of using waste as secondary raw materials are shown. The influence of the replacement of natural components with construction waste in concrete mixtures is established, the strength parameters of the samples are determined.
