Perfection of the technology of treatment of waste water of conservative production

Improvement and modernization of existing technological solutions for wastewater treatment can industry require detailed study of their chemical composition, and technological modes of the cleaning process. The article analyzes the main streams of wastewater canning companies and analyze their impact on water ecosystems, in particular in the basin of the river Afips Krasnodar region. Considers the problems of the existing technologies for treatment of waste waters of the canning production. To minimize the negative impact of industrial waste on the environment proposed the introduction of upgraded wastewater treatment system. The scheme of local wastewater treatment enterprise for the production of canned products.

Studying of measures for the protection of water bioresurses in the period of construction of a gas pipeline-diversion to a gas distribution station

The presented article deals with topical issues on the impact of economic objects on the environment. The article discusses the main types and sources of negative impact on the hydrosphere during the construction of a gas lateral to the gas distribution station in art. Temirgoevskoy. The impact on surface and groundwater in the water-borne zone of the r. Small Zelenchuk. The directions and volumes of compensation measures of economic entities for the restoration of aquatic biological resources, which will be harmed by economic activity, have been determined.

Unity of mathematical models of direct and inverse problems of optimization and management of spatially distributed complexes

The approach to optimizing the management of spatially distributed complexes chosen in the work is based on the initial generalized mathematical description of physical phenomena. The construction of sufficiently generalized algorithms for the identification and control of these phenomena, followed by binding to specific objects, taking into account their specific features. A generalized mathematical description of processes in the form of differential equations of parabolic and hyperbolic types is considered. Using the methodology of a systematic approach to the study of complex and incompletely formalized systems, direct, inverse, and inverse problems of identification and control are formulated. The structure of the identification methodology has been formed by the example of interaction processes of oil and gas objects with the environment. The research was carried out with the financial support of the Russian Foundation for Basic Research, project No. 17-02-00475-ОГН.

Sulfitation effect in technological processes of sugar beet facility and refining of imported raw cane sugar

The production of white sugar of high quality, in particular with low color, is the main problem to be solved in the production. The main source of increasing the semiproducts of sugar production color, leading to a deterioration in the quality of finished product, are Maillard reactions, occurring everywhere and caused by the chemical composition of sugar beet. In order to prevent their occurrence in the sugar industry the semiproducts sulphitation is applied. In addition, due to the peculiarities of sugar production, sulphitation at each of the three technological stages, at which it is applied, performs other tasks of different nature, the description of which is given in this article.

Study of transition characteristics of two-mass elastic electromechanical system

For a two-mass elastic electromechanical system, the characteristic equation is obtained. It is shown that nine types of transient characteristics of a two-mass elastic electromechanical system are possible, corresponding to nine decomposition of the roots of the characteristic equation. The dependences of the transient characteristics of a two-mass elastic electromechanical system on the channel “voltage applied to the armature circuit of the electric motor — the angular velocity of the mechanism” are obtained in general form. The coefficients for nine types of transient characteristics of a two-mass elastic electromechanical system are determined.

Comparative evaluation of quality and food value of eggs from cour-barriers, getting a different feed ration

The quality and nutritional value of eggs depends on the genetic characteristics of the bird, its age, conditions of detention and feeding. To improve the quality and nutritional value of eggs in the rations of laying hens, feed additives containing biologically active substances are used. It was established that the introduction of feed additives in the rations of laying hens contributes to an increase in the number of eggs of the first category in comparison with the control group, with the maximum effect observed with the introduction of a complex feed additive containing not only biologically active substances, but also probiotic microflora. Thus, the content of beta-carotene, vitamins A and E in the samples of eggs from the experimental groups of laying hens who received feed additives with the basic ration is higher than in the samples of eggs from laying hens of the control group. In terms of hygienic and microbiological safety indicators, samples of eggs of all groups comply with the requirements of ТР ТС 021/2011 “On food product safety”, while the content of toxic elements in samples of eggs from experimental groups is lower than in samples of eggs from the control group of laying hens.

Analysis of river pollution in Russia

The data on the qualitative indicators of rivers, given in the domestic literature and annual state reports of the Ministries of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation, are analyzed. An assessment of pollution dynamics was carried out for the period from 2010 to 2017 based on the value of the specific combinatorial water pollution index (SCIWP) for the rivers: Don, Kuban, Lena, Volga, Amur, Ob, Big Yenisei, Irtysh, Dnepr, Pechora, Kolyma, Oka. It has been established that the rivers of Russia are in a depressed state as a result of the inflow of surface runoff and wastewater polluted with copper, iron, zinc, petroleum products, phenols and other pollutants. The SCIWP indicator indicates an annual increase in pollution of Russian rivers. The quality of water in the area of the Kuban River in the city of Krasnodar in terms of indicators such as, for example, iron and copper, does not meet the accepted standards for drinking-water, sanitary and fishery water bodies. In 2017, the river Kuban from the 3rd class of the category “b” “polluted” is transferred to the 4th class of the category “a” “dirty”. In our opinion, this is primarily due to the unsatisfactory working of hydraulic treatment facilities.

Description of phase equilibrium vapor – liquid in binary mixtures “isopropyl alcohol – alcohol” NRTL method

The phase vapor-liquid equilibrium in binary mixtures “isopropyl alcohol – alcohol” at atmospheric pressure was studied by the method of mathematical modeling. Alcohols are considered: methyl, ethyl, allyl, propyl and isobutyl. The activity coefficients were calculated using the NRTL model The structural parameters of the volume and area of the molecules, the Antoine constants and the energy parameters of the binary interaction between molecules are given. The y-x and t-x,y phase diagrams show experimental data and a calculated curve for mixtures of alcohols: methyl – isopropyl, ethyl – isopropyl, isopropyl – allyl, isopropyl – propyl, isopropyl – isobutyl. A qualitative agreement was established between experimental and calculated data. The NRTL method reliably predicts the vapor-liquid equilibrium in the “alcohol-alcohol” system at atmospheric pressure.

Swarm intelligence in optimal placement of spatial objects distributed enterprises

Swarm intelligence is the collective behavior of decentralized, self-organizing systems. In the theory of artificial intelligence is considered as an optimization method. The concept of “swarm intelligence” refers to a more General set of algorithms: Ant colony optimization algorithm, Bee algorithm, particle swarm optimization, Artificial immune system Algorithm for gray wolves, the Algorithm bats etc. In the work under review, common recently, algorithms and methods of swarm intelligence such as ant colony algorithm and “bee” algorithms, and shows their characteristics, advantages and disadvantages. The ant colony algorithm uses behavioral tools decentralized self-organizing ant colony to search the optimal route in the graph model. “Bee” algorithm consists in splitting the search space into areas with high value of the objective function. When calculating mechanisms to dynamically change the parameters for the scope and number of agents. Discusses the possibility of application of algorithms for placement of objects of spatially distributed enterprise. Analysis of the ability of swarm intelligence methods in the field of evolutionary optimization, defined the further prospects and ways of development and improvement of the methods and algorithms.

General representation of the recognition of speaking speech: context-dependent methods, classical
algorithms and problems

The article provides general information that is necessary to become familiar with the systems of recognition of human speech and to further convert the audio stream into text. It consists of the description of the mechanism of the work of context-dependent methods and their algorithm. In particular, the division of the input signal into certain segments is considered, from which the lexical elements are distinguished, which are part of human-readable words defined by Hidden Markov models and / or neural networks. Also proposed are many existing and potential uses of this technology. The speech recognition problems separated by the ambiguity of the input signal and the imperfection of existing algorithms are analyzed in detail.

Development of test sheets for monitoring the implementation of mandatory protection of labor protection in the construction industry

The analysis of the state of industrial injuries and working conditions in the construction industry of Russia and Krasnodar region, which revealed a negative situation in the industry. One of the mechanisms for improving working conditions, preventing occupational injuries and diseases is the improvement of the methods of Federal state supervision of compliance with state regulatory requirements of labor protection. To improve the efficiency and transparency of scheduled inspections of Rostrud for compliance with the mandatory requirements of labor protection by employers, the authors developed a list of control questions for the checklist on the example of road construction works. The use of high-quality methodological support of inspections, in particular, checklists will inform employers about the content of the current mandatory requirements of labor protection, focus on their implementation in the process of work and internal control in the management system of labor protection at the enterprise.

Formulation and technology of bakery products enriched dietary supplement “powder pear»

The article presents the formulation and technological modes of production of bakery products enriched with food additive “pear Powder”. It is established that the developed bakery products on organoleptic and physico-chemical parameters exceeds the control sample, and also revealed that the consumption of the developed bakery product in the amount of 250 g per day will meet the need for a number of functional food ingredients by more than 15% of the recommended adequate norm.

Improvement of the method of identification of hazards and assessment of industrial risks at the compressor station “Russian”

The article describes the general characteristics of the production facility at the Russkaya compressor station. The analysis of the existing methods of hazard identification and production risk management at the station was carried out. Hazards were identified and the level of risk at the CS was determined using this method. According to the results of the analysis, the advantages and disadvantages of the methodology used are identified and measures have been developed to improve it by introducing a survey of workers to identify the hazards, severity and probability of injury during the performance of hazardous work.

Ensuring industrial safety on semi-submersible drilling rig

The analysis of semi-submersible drilling rigs (PBU) with their brief characteristics and their types is presented. The equipment of the installation is listed, as well as drilling rigs operating at different depths are shown, the advantages and disadvantages of their application are given. The negative production factors acting on the workers of the drilling rig with the analysis of the accident rate of offshore oil and gas works are listed, as well as the characteristics of the severity of these works, with the definition of possible scenarios for the occurrence and development of accidents. The scheme of occurrence of accidents is shown. Reflected events on the rig, working in the field of maintenance of explosion-pozharobezopasnosti on the object. Given the composition of the fire brigade (emergency groups), the algorithm of actions in emergency (emergency) situation. The measures aimed at prevention, provision and elimination of the consequences of the emergency situation at the PBU are formulated.

The national policy of the soviet government in the Kuban region in 20 years

The article considers the national policy of the Bolsheviks on the territory of the Kuban-black sea region in the 1920s. it is Emphasized that more than 100 nationalities lived in the region, among which, according to the instructions of the Central Committee, it was necessary to deploy active propaganda work to prevent ethnic tension and the formation of their loyal attitude to the Soviet government. It is concluded that after several years of Soviet power, the party workers realized that the solution of national problems is a complex, long – term work that requires long painstaking research (including theoretical, scientific), the study of the peculiarities of life and traditions, adaptation of the new state building to the age-old customs of the peoples. In addition, it was necessary to study and regulate the relationship between different social groups of the same nationality, between all nationalities living in the territory of one administrative unit, between the Autonomous regions and neighboring districts, different nationalities with the Cossacks.

The development of the spa business: historical aspect

The article deals with the main stages of development of health resorts in Russia from pre-revolutionary times to the present day. It is emphasized that in Russia Peter The great can be considered the founder of the Spa business. The article says that after the October revolution, a new health care system is being created, in which an important place is occupied by sanatorium and resort treatment. The Soviet government, aware of the role of preserving the life and health of the worker, declared the development of health care a priority. It is concluded that by the beginning of the revolution the Russian Empire had 36 resorts, which included 60 sanatoriums. In the Soviet Union, as a socially oriented state, health resort business was transferred to the trade unions, which were engaged in the distribution of permits to employees. Currently, Tuapse is represented by sanatoriums, resorts, holiday homes, tourist bases, mini-hotels, hotels, large hotels.

Historical aspects of creation and development of the perfumery and cosmetic industry

The article deals with the issues related to the historical aspects of the creation and development of the perfume and cosmetic industry. It is told that the origins of the perfume and cosmetics industry can be found in the States of the Ancient East. The appearance of cosmetics refers to the period of Ancient Egypt. In Ancient Persia also produced numerous cosmetics and perfumes: powder, lipstick, rubbing, incense. In ancient Rome, the perfume and cosmetics industry reaches its peak in ancient history. It is emphasized that in the Middle ages in Europe the use of cosmetics and perfumes was not encouraged by the Christian religion. Caring for a woman about her beauty began to be considered a vicious occupation. Perfume manufacturing is almost gone in Europe. The highest flowering of perfumery art reaches the Arab East. It is noted that the active use of cosmetics begins in the Renaissance. With the development of industry in the seventeenth century, begins to grow rapidly perfume production, which goes to the peak of the XIX century mass production of cosmetics begins in the 1920 s. It is concluded that the production of cosmetics and perfumes at the present stage is a huge industry in which an important role is played by the promotion of the brand through advertising and public relations.
